  1. NCL is only doing this to cut back on people working in the laundry!!!!
  2. The two hours you are referring to is only for boarding on embarkation day at the home port.
  3. "Do not believe everything people post on the internet". ~ Abraham Lincoln, 1935.
  4. Welcome to CC. If you click on "Forums" at the top left of the page and scroll down to the Ports of Call section you will find specific forums for those countries that are full of good info for you to research.
  5. There were no more after the first one due to a contract dispute with the shipbuilders.

  7. I haven't been there personally but you may find some useful info on the Jamaica forum. Here is the link for you. https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/67-jamaica/
  8. It could be software issues, hardware issues, less than competent I.T. techs or any combination of those factors. Only they would be able to tell you. Personally, I haven't noticed constant issues as you reported.
  9. Recommend you ask/research on the Africa forum located at: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/19-africa-amp-middle-east/
  10. I was just looking at that myself. Google Maps says it's almost 1600 miles, about a 23 hour drive. For me the last thing I would want to do after a nice relaxing cruise would be to get in a cramped vehicle and drive for a couple of days.
  11. Recommend you ask/research on the East Coast Departures forum. Lots of good info there. Link: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/317-east-coast-departures/
  12. Why would people do that? Is that a tradition for where you are from?
  13. Also if the kids are 12 and under they can eat off a free kids menu (burgers, chicken strips, etc).

  15. NCL's Frequently Asked Questions says...... "Unsealed food items will not be allowed onboard." I don't know how strict the cookie police are.
  16. That's not what is being asked. He's looking for the bag drop off area so he doesn't have to carry his bag around while waiting for rooms to be ready. 🙂
  17. Pretty sure that was a service provided by the Port of Seattle for cruisers, not an NCL service.
  18. Helpful source from NCL.com. https://www.ncl.com/latitudes-rewards-program/faq
  19. Excuse the nit-picking here but "It's a direct flight"...I think you meant non-stop. Direct flights can have stops but you just don't get off the plane.
  20. What is the guarantee? What happens if they don't get you back on time?
  21. Here's a good source of info that may help answer your questions: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/677-cruising-technology/
