  1. just to let you know i'm thinking about you and hoping for a speedy recovery and discharge from the hospital.
  2. I'm so happy to say that I received my check from Moecker. They have done and are doing a wonderful job keeping us informed of their progress in getting the money, that i never thought i would see, to all of us. This is a thankless job for them but I'm sure they're getting compensated for their work and diligence on this whole mess. by the wayk those stone crabs look fabulous to me. I've enjoyed them at Joe's the few times I've been in Miami. We just don't get them looking likke that in Scottsdale even though some restaurants have them once or twice a year.
  3. omg roy. what are you doing in the hospital? how long will you be there? my best wishes and hopes for your speedy recovery.
  4. thank you for your commentary on your final day daparting the ship. did you book any future cruises while you on board the rotterdam? do you have future cruise booked with any cruise line? i hope so because i really enjoy reading your adventures on these cruises and viewing your photographs. enjoy south florida for a few days.
  5. thanks for today's commentary, roy.. so i guess you have one more day at sea and then arrive in ft lauderdale on friday morning, right? when does the car train leave for maryland? safe travels and enjoy the ice creams.
  6. thanks for the wonderful pictures going through the locks and your great explanation of what was happening. youl are really thorough in your knowledge of the locks. thanks again
  7. I use a shoehorn everyday for no matter what type of shoe I'm wearing. I use the long type and did buy mine at amazon a long time ago. Its the only way to protect the heel of the shoe from collapsikng and lets me glide my foot into the shoe. its very comfortable. they are a necessary part of a man's ammenities like shaving mugs, shaving brushes and razors. Its nice to know the Crystal provides them on the ship. Now my duffle bag will have more room in it for other necessities.
  8. roy, thanks for the commentary and the terrific pictrues. glad you are feeling better and are getting good use from the hot tub.
  9. hope you're feeling better, roy, drink lots of water to keep hydrated. the dinner looked wonderful. rack of lamb is a favourite of mine too. enjoy the day. cheers
  10. i received exactly one voucher that i expected. i booked five cruises and was able to use 1 credit for each cruise and i was made whole. i am very satisdied with their program and i think it's very generous of them to do it. i have not received any money from moecker and i don't expect any. i just want to enjoy my first cruise but it's not until may, 2024 so i have to wait awhile.
  11. Bon Voyage and have lots of fun and make wonderful memories.
  12. Very interesting. thanks for sharing with us. since i don't mingle with european royalty or aristocdracy, i wasn't familiar with this brnad! and i don't have a private jet nor a yacht.
  13. Of course I know that Keith didn’t write it. I was just being funny about it so
  14. Keith, your description of the cruises sound just like a travel brochure. do you write travel brochures on the side? the cruises sound fabulous but i could never leave my dog, Cooper, for such a long time. and i've already booked three short cruises for 2025!
  15. Thank you for finishing up your journey. Glad you had nothing unexpected happen to you. it was wonderful reaiding your cruise impressions and seeing your wonderful photographs. I don't think you missed a thing for all of us to enjoy. Do you have another cruise or two to look forward to?
