I spoke to person on the phone and done the form with her as we spoke she said it would be 7-14 working days after I emailed it to her email address.

Several weeks since we where thrown off the ship. Spoke to service advisor today apparently documents will come within 7-14 working days but I know they won't so we can't claim anything back.

How do you I request medical records for treatment onboard Anthem. They were not given to us when we left. I have completed the form they sent but nothing seemed to happen If we are unable to claim back from insurance we will have to sell the house to pay the bills off.

I will be on the July 19th sailing from Liverpool. What time do they open the cabins up on Olsen? On cunard they are opening when you board and on NCL/Royal it can be upto 3pm.

In defence of the cruise lines there have been tens of millions of covid deaths worldwide including hundreds of thousands or even millions of working age people from cruise ship crew sourcing countries. And in defence of the people of the cruise ship crew countires people crew members died on the ship and even threw themselves overboard because of how they where treated by the cruise lines. So with that to consider is it any wonder they are experiencing staffing problems?

No we have not been told that but it has been suggested that all onboard is midnight. If we can board the ship perfect. If not there is a serious problem for a couple of thousand people

I don't think they will ever lift the ban on unvaccinated travel. I think they will just give Djokovic an exemption.
