    Jane. Try what I did and write down all the health risks and negative affects of smoking including the cost of cigarettes and turn your mind against smoking. Keep the list just in case you are tempted to smoke. Instead of 2-3 minutes smoking a cigarette do something else instead. Graham x

    Second and third photos are Epicurean. First photo was in one of the MDRs.

    There are 2 large and 2 small MDRs on Iona. We tried each of them but had no preference. Epicurean was amazing (pictured) when we were on in March and ended up going there 6 times. Epicurean is £30pp and best to book up ASAP. Wishing your dad a very happy 70th birthday while you are away and a wonderful cruise for you all.
