What about the other Sea Days on Vision? I know on other ships they are all available. I am asking about Vision because I see contradicting info between the Planner and the current sailing on the App.

It is SO frustrating when you are doing a LIVE and have crappy internet service! Makes you want to SCREAM 😫😫😫! @MeganGC1983 just post what you can. Priority is to have an AWESOME cruise!!

The Prima Haven menu does not rotate.

Does anyone know which specialty restaurants are open for lunch on the Vision? The planner allows me to book any of them (Chops, Izumi and Giovani’s) however, when I look at the current sailing it looks like only Chops is open for sea day lunches. That seems odd. Can anyone report on that?

You need to get on the time. Either stay up and power through the day, or try to sleep until time to leave. Enjoy your cruise! Your thread is Awesome! 😎

I just wound up booking this suite for a 9-day Alaska cruise in April 2025. 🐀 Do you remember how large the Murphy and pull out sofa are? I plan on bringing my 2 DDs along with us.

Vegas is open pretty much all the time. You’ll never know what time it is. The restaurants are amazing! You’d enjoy it. I don’t gamble. I go to eat, drink and be merry. Enjoy your steak!

We were in a Haven Aft suite on the April 30, 2023 cruise to Bermuda and also had loud creaking noises in our cabin and a loud banging noise in the upper corner of our master bedroom that would not stop during those rougher seas. It was unlike anything we had ever experienced. Luckily we were able to drown it out with headphones and the White Noise App. There is someone who might know why the Prima is making all of these unusual creaking/banging noises - @chengkp75 Have you ever heard of this sort of thing happening with newer ships? Could it just be a Prima thing - many pax reporting loud creaking (beyond normal) and banging noises in their cabins while sailing in 15+ foot seas.

That is what the Prima's Captain was referring to. I guess the Aft Overhang (whatever that is) prevents the Prima from transiting the canal. I am glad to hear that the VV ships do not have that issue. Thanks for the article! 🤗

Exactly! Princess and NCL still offer refundable deposits and VV will at least allow you to transfer to another cruise if you cancel.

Hmmm although I would love to see a Virgin ship on the West Coast, I wonder if the ship can sail through the Panama Canal. I say that because the she is very similar to the NCL Prima with the open outdoor deck area on 7. The Prima Captain told me that the Prima cannot sail through the canal because of that open deck (on the Prima it is deck 8).
