  1. Working fine for me (Windows PC, Firefox).
  2. Firefox and Chrome, no issues with either.
  3. I'd be annoyed too. I wish I could help but no idea why the issue is so persistent for you. I changed my PW one time when the issue started and everything has been working fine ever since.
  4. All true but if he's going to grab an arrival time for himself, might as well spend the extra 30-60 seconds to click on that arrival time for everyone else, IMO.
  5. If you use the app you can select an arrival time for everyone & enter all other info later.
  6. They usually e-mail you 5-7 days ahead of time. HM_Concierge01@rccl.com HM_Concierge02@rccl.com
  7. That's exactly what I ask for. For my upcoming cruise I added a request for deck 5. We were on deck 4 in March and decided we'd rather avoid the casino if possible (our cabin is forward). We can also avoid the mob of MTDiners waiting outside the deck 4 entrance as we're leaving early seating this way. Not a big deal of course, we can always cross on the promenade and walk down a deck or two, but since I was requesting the table anyway, figured no reason not to add to the deck request. In all honesty, as long as we have a 2-top, we really don't care where we're seated.
  8. Similar experience for us on Wonder in March. We only had 4 dinners together but we had some nice conversation... and the craziest part was something made the woman ask me if I posted here b/c she read a live review of Wonder from someone named Mike, lol. She said it helped her plan for the ship (their 1st time). And she was right, it was mine. Who knew giving out my insanely common first name on the internet would reveal my identity? 🤣 Everyone likes what they like. I've never even tried another cruise line and currently have no desire to. Different strokes...
  9. I've been in one of those rows (not my favorite but no biggie) but I've also been with only one other 2-top by a window and had a more private table along the railing on one of the higher decks. It doesn't hurt to request a 2-top by a window or railing via e-mail to increase your chances of avoiding the long row if that's your preference.
  10. I guess we have had different experiences but I agree about hosts. I find more and more of them make fun of the prizes now.
  11. As opposed to playing for keychains & highlighters on Royal? I’ve never found RC trivia taken too seriously nor felt cheating was an issue. Maybe we’ve had different experiences but I enjoy RC trivia other than some of the venues being overcrowded at times.
  12. Some are huge, some are not. I’ve never once NOT been able to get a 2-top.
  13. Thanks. Manawakie was recommended b/c it's smaller and farther away from the port and we want to see more of Roatan anyway and I know RC has its own excursions to Mayan Eden. I've seen very good reviews for both so we'll give it some thought. I still have over 3 weeks.
  14. Thanks. We even saw Sun Chips at one point a while back; that’s what my wife was hoping for but she’ll live with classic Lays if that’s all they have in 3 weeks.
  15. Yeah, I went to check the same thing in the app and the only time that showed up from my above example was 12:00, not the other times I saw on the website... and 12:00 is actually exactly what we already booked, lol. I already knew not to trust the app but on Allure in October, we had dinner reservations one night and wanted to switch the time that day on the ship (we just decided we'd rather eat earlier or later, I forget, not important). The app showed no availability. We went to the restaurant and the hostess said every single 15 minute time slot was available and we could switch to anything we wanted. It was empty that night and my wife and I couldn't help but wonder how many people may have checked the app and said oh well, no availability, we won't eat there. We felt horrible for our wonderful server who clearly wasn't making many tips.
  16. Maybe it's an app vs. website issue? I've never used the app to book dining.
  17. When I do that (my screen shot is from the website on my phone) most times are missing (i.e. unavailable) & the red line is only there for the conflict time(s).
  18. I can see remaining available times for specialty dining I have booked (including ones that overlap and are around the time I have). Maybe I'm misunderstanding.
  19. This has my wife very excited, lol, but she wants to know what types of chips you saw. Anything besides classic yellow Lays?
  20. I think it was Allure in October when we had out first 5:00... there was actually a sign posted outside the MDR that listed early seating as 5:00-5:15pm. Our impression is that there's a 15 minute grace period and anything beyond that is considered late.
  21. They usually do and Wonder had me sign receipts for my voucher drinks in March far more often than any past sailing. There can always be mistakes or exceptions, that's all.
  22. This is why I said value is subjective. I also have no idea what the poster who mentioned the Sky JS paid compared what price they could have paid for OV balconies. Personally, I don't think any of these are worth it. I sail interiors b/c I don't use my balcony when I have one and spend almost no time in my cabin except to sleep, shower, and get changed. That's my subjective valuation, of course. I totally understand why others like balconies... but they hold zero value for me.
  23. SKY makes it a completely different situation IMO. One still has to weigh the cost/benefits (and value is subjective) but getting Sky Class perks like CK access & SL drinks makes the deference from a balcony cabin MUCH greater IMO.
