  2. Did you try emailing the Voyagers Club department? If not, here's their email: MSCVoyagersClub@MSCCruisesUSA.com
  3. Bermuda updated their cruise travel webpage. The top of the webpage has the the following update: Cruise Passenger Travel Authorisation All travellers arriving October 25 2022 onwards will no longer require a pre-travel test, arrival test nor a day 4 test. Unvaccinated non-resident travellers will still be required to upload valid proof of travel health insurance to enter Bermuda. The link is: https://www.gov.bm/cruise-travel-authorisation
  4. If my memory serves me correct, as soon as you have a booking number you are a YC member and can sign up. If you do a status match after booking, you can get the benefits associated with the status you are matched to. Otherwise, you don't get any benefits until after the cruise. I know that I did a status match after booking my 1st cruise and had the benefits of the status I was matched to, including the voyager discount on the 1st sailing.
  5. You will get the OBC for only the cabin that you're booked in.
  6. My stock holder benefit OBC shows up when I log into my NCL user account. Normally, I've received the OBC within a few days; however, I didn't always receive an email saying that it's approved.
  7. Booking the drink package prior to the cruise typically saves you 15%.

  10. Yes, you would get the spa access because that comes with the Haven spa cabin.
  11. Yes, you can use it with another person. I've done that quite a few times.
  12. When I was looking at MSC out of NY, I thought that it said it left from the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal.
  13. Based on the CDC guidance and NCL, you must have the test within 2 days of a cruise in the US. If you're vaccinated, you can get an antigen or PCR test.
  14. That Spring 2024 Hawaii cruise looks really nice.
  15. Did you log into your MSC account and access from within your account (where it shows your booking information)? I know that there's one on the main page which just goes to information about the Voyage Club.
  16. Log in to your MSC account and select [MSC Voyager Account] menu option.
  17. I've noticed this on a few sailings where the "solo discount" symbol shows up but there really isn't a discount. However, it never hurts to ask your PCC.

  20. Yes, you can book a cruise while you're on the ship for the following week. I don't know if you get any break on the price but they do give an OBC for booking while you're the ship. Obviously, you should talk with somebody at the future cruise desk early in the week to get a quote that way you'll have the information if you decide to book.
  21. Explora I was floated out today (5/30/22) of Fincantieri’s shipyard in Monfalcone, Italy. Here's one of the sites that reported on it: https://www.cruiseindustrynews.com/cruise-news/27584-explora-i-floats-out-at-fincantieri.html
  22. If I were you, I would first email MSC's existing reservations to get the OBC on your booking. They have mostly been helpful to me with this kind of stuff. The email for the US is (If you booked outside the US, they may be able to give the the correct email to send inquires to): MSCExistingReservations@msccruisesusa.com
