    To clarify, NCL does not have any process or procedure to verify vaccine cards. They do require a third party(or proctored) negative test, you cannot use a self test.

    I would like to know how it's even possible to verify a test or vaccine card. I know of no way to do so.

    Thanks for the replies. I like trains and this looks like a great option. Southwestern also has 1st class for a reasonable fee.

    We are thinking about using the train to get from Portsmouth Harbour to London. Never been there. Would it be an issue taking 2 full sized suitcase on board? One for each of us. We're capable of handling our own luggage. Just wondering about where to place it on board.

    Yes it's always good to have a printed copy. I have been "saved" a few times(not related to NCL). I always have a backup copy.

    My assumption is they'd be on a red-eye flight to arrive in the morning. Not flying the same day.

    On the Bliss in April tried Los Lobos for first time. It now might be my favorite restaurant. Didn't think it would be that good.

    Yes I thought it unusual but the ship was sailing at maybe 60% capacity. That may be one reason. Flatbush may be able to comment as he was on that cruise.

    So you're saying the posted placard's in the Terrace cafe are not correct??? Note this was on the January 2022 cruise to the southern Caribbean. Likely not always Maine Lobster.

    We booked a last minute deal on Bliss to Mexican Riviera in April. Total cost was $1950 for club balcony on deck 14. After cruise was over Adding two thermal spa passes and all extra spending total cost of trip including RT airfare from portland to LAX was $3300.00

    Food on the Riviera in January was terrific. Prime beef steak and maine lobster every night at Terrace cafe if you so chose... Specialties were good also.

    No info on website. The only way to know is call and ask. Pricing on website is $400 more than when I booked one of fares listed as eligible for memorial day sale. I booked last November.

    You didn't mention what type of coverage. If medical only that may be expensive. If it's cancel for any reason or other trip cancel coverage that's a different story entirely.

    Yes the Oceania specialist saved us money on our last trip. The YWYW discount had not been properly applied which she noticed and fixed for us. Since this was our first Oceania cruise I did not know the O life excursions counted toward the number needed for discount.

    Cruise in April they supplied extension cord on the Bliss. Forgot to bring my own.

    We did a PC cruise February of 2020 in a 2 bedroom haven on the Joy. It was great... Miami to LA. Really like the 2 bedroom as the master is separate from the main area. Just the two of us so the 2nd bedroom was unused. Used the upgrade advantage to get a reasonable cost. However you never know if that option is available. We would have been happy in a mini suite too.
