highlight was a tour of the old market with a local chef and then a cooking class where we made and ate Paella, Catalan Crème and a Spanish Omelet. It was a group of 7 in the class and everyone took turns with the prep and cooking. Our chef, Horia, was funny, warm and made the experience a joy. I would highlight recommend the experience that we booked on EatWith.com, a company we used last year in Amsterdam when we ate dinner at a local chef’s home.
