On a recent cruise there were over 1200 elites .... they want ALL of us to wait in line at Loyalty & Events Mgr desk??? 😂

Website still says (& a friend confirmed on a cruise last month): But we've all experienced a delay in updating that. I'd rather have the 50 OBC @Siouxland Cruiser and @pompeii got. As to laundry, someone mentioned elsewhere on CC that they got tokens to cover it from GSD. That's ok as I can then cold water wash and skip pin holes

@mtnesterz its a California Coastal cruise ... I could drive to the ports & back in a day so might not even get off. But I could use Clinique if they carry it. Or just increase gratuities ... not waiting for a voided check (I've got over 500 total obc) Not looking for a trick just info amount on max GS refund

I've got 100 refundable OBC on my next voyage. If I don't use it all up, how much can Guest Services Desk cash out for me? Not looking for any tricks .... just a cash out before disembarkation. Used to be only $25 (It's from missing a 2 ports in September, didn't get it before December cruise, and my refund was stuck until CVP contacted CS who tripled it and put it on the next booked cruise)

@NebrFarmer OMG!! Hope you're healing! Princess never sent my unused refundable $34 OBC for missing 2 ports due to weather. It was stuck so customer service (via CVP) just gave me 100 refundable OBC on my cruise in 18 days instead. Oddly that cruise also has all remaining goodwill FCC (redated when booked before restart) I guess it's all about tone & timing?

Actually I do understand the frustration of finding out that something someone thought they had (goodwill FCC) they don't have anymore (expired 12/31/22). Happened to me (loyalty obc, free wifi, trading minibar for coffee card). Life changes. At least we got back our initial 'investment'

I also had that same option .... full refund to the method of payment + 25% Goodwill FCC and it was clearly listed online when that would expire. Too bad you didn't look AFTER cruising restarted way WAY back on July 25, 2021 but at least you didn't lose any $$s

Yes. @Thrak thats what I did but it still auto fills. So I'm 'pretending' I'm on a computer without access to a mobile device. At least I can get a check in time Actually I can do everything except access JourneyView & I've decided I don't need that until I get onboard. Oh and in my frustration I deleted all passwords .... now to remember what could be up to 50.

I'm android. I already deleted it in settings but it still auto fills online ... deleting cookies. Hope that works

@Thrak I'm beyond frustrated!! My phone auto completes my password. I've tried for 2 hours to disable that and I can't.

18 days to my cruise & I still cannot access JourneyView I updated my account but it (MedallionClass app) doesn't like my password because it's Capital letter, small case letter, and number. But it let's me do / see everything else.

Enough said.

I just got an email from my Congressman DeSaulnier's office that their office is now set up to help secure pending passports if within 14 days of international travel or same day processing appointments if within 5 days!! (They have a request for assistance in replacing my daughter's lost naturalization papers. Once I get her papers then I'll get her passport. Stuck at square 1) Adding: @tbarton i applied for my renewal when I had exactly 365 days left. Yep. 9 yr mark. At that time expediting with express mail took supposedly 3-5 weeks. Took 9 weeks.
