  1. Do you mean that you cannot find *any* roll calls or just that you cannot find your specific roll call? If the latter...it's possible that one has not been started yet. Just go ahead and get one started...but make sure you have truly searched by ship name and month of sailing. It can be very confusing for others to find *2* different roll calls for the same cruise.
  2. Princess just doesn’t seem to want to provide much info for activities that would "take business away" from their own ship excursions. I find it sometimes useful to go over into the specific port of call forum sections here on CC and do a bit of research or just ask specific questions.
  3. Have departed from LHR several times now, after cruises. I personally would not risk booking anything before noon...maybe even 1:00 pm. However, we will often just plan to stay an extra day (or 2) in London. Doing that completely removes the stress factor in case the ship is delayed docking for some reason.
  4. When you book an excursion pre-cruise and by some chance want to "save" your OBC for something else go slow at the actual "payment" screen. There is a pre-ticked checkbox that says something like "use your OBC". Just uncheck that and then you will need to provide your credit card info.
  5. I'm sure you are doing it correctly...but just in case, are you *sure* you're logged in?
  6. I would think that your best bet would be Viator.
  7. Consider it to be "free cash". *Anything* that you can purchase onboard will use the OBC before it starts to go against your credit card.
  8. It's been nice having reserved seating for production shows. Our traveling partners are wine connoisseurs so they enjoy the "premium" wines. And we've taken advantage of the photo package...but as to whether or not it's really worth it...hmmm, probably not. (For us, anyway. )
  9. If you purchase pre-cruise and you elected to have the insurance (very much recommended) your insurance premium will increase because your overall "fare" has increased and the insurance is based on the total cruise fare.
  10. If your cruise is truly a full 14 days and not a B2B then you do not need to anything in regards to the app.
  11. It *should* be available to you immediately after purchase on board. The staff member will have an electronic tablet where they will update your account real time.
  12. I agree...I would like some type of citation or link posted to this effect before I take it at face value.
  13. Perhaps you are speaking of another cruise line...not Princess. Bingo is a "staple".
  14. Oh boy! A new app for us to totally trash here on CC!
  15. Yes, if you have more than one cruise on the books the app cannot seem to properly address them. I have noticed this for the past 3 cruises where I've had more than one showing.
  16. In a case like this I depend on one of my adapters to be able to use one of the 220 volt sockets. They are usually separated a bit from the 110 outlets...not always.
  17. I cannot speak specifically as to the Regal...but we find that the service is very similar on most ships. Depending on what you order (and where you are) you could easily wait 20-30 minutes for delivery.
  18. We have really enjoyed the "old" WMD in the past. If it is truly no longer available then I guess we will just have to do SD from now on. I like the Crown Grill.
  19. Wait 1 day then open up the "web version" in your cruise personalizer and go to the Dine My Way section. You *should* be able to see any/all reservations in place. They likely will not honor a print from your AMEX account.
  20. Same for us on Sky a couple of nights ago.
