Surely all these complaints are the company's fault. It's a death by a thousand cuts. Cruising was never cheap, but now they have taken fees to the next level and charge for a million things. At the same time, staffing is down, auto-gratuities increase all the damn time, and quality goes down across the board. At this point, I can stay seven days at a top-notch Four Seasons resort for the price of a one-week cruise in Aqua Class.

Your toilet only flushes when you tap the Seapass Card. For this, a $2 charge + 20% will be billed to your room.

Of course they do so they can sell that garbage as a "special" benefit for Elite/Elite Plus. Together with the laundry (aka paper shredder) benefit. I noticed they often do popular flavors such as pistachio only as Gelato and not as ice cream to get people to pay.

I hope those burgers were something different than the inedible hockey pucks they serve these days.

I don't see a difference if you sleep on the ***** and go on land or have an overnight hotel somewhere on the island. Anyone who enters Indonesia will need a visa and this is a sticker for the price of 500,000 IDR. Either Celebrity arranges for it beforehand or it will be available at the port (as is the case at the airport).

I don't get that restriction. Why wouldn't they include West Coast or European cruises? Someone who collected 3000 point should be worth more than an occasional roller in the casino who gets more attractive offers. Have they even brought back Zenith access to The Retreat?

If you have OBC to use then why not... I had good experiences there, but that's for men's treatments/cuts. How long is this B2B trip that you "definitely need" a cut and color ?? 😳

Even less believable. How would they be able to attach a realistic value to a used plate. Let alone a high enough value to warrant an arrest. I don’t doubt that guy telling you that, however I doubt the authenticity of that story. In other words: He lied. 😉

Meh I don’t buy that story. For one, they (X) would have simply told the guest to return the items, if he refuses then yes police will be called. Customs doesn’t care about bringing plates into the county and law enforcement wouldn’t care if the company knew about it but didn’t ask the customer to return the stuff first.

I should have played closer attention to this in the past. 😄 I was looking for offers from people who sell their ship models, but there don't seem to be many available at reasonable prices (and the pricing onboard is obscene).
