Discovery is a great ship. The cruise director is awesome. Was just on her 2 weeks ago in Alaska. can’t assure you about cancels. But the ship is great.

Yes. Bring back anything you want. I do it all the time. but the judge people will tell you to cover your food. And don’t leave dishes in the hall. So I’ll just beat them too it. Lol I bring ziplock bags with me sometimes for treats like cookies or fruit. And I’ll keep that in the fridge for when ever.

The love boat cruise is October 22nd.

They haven’t canceled every cruise ship. They are rotating ships. they are still using the aft location on RR pier. was just there 2 weeks ago. they are tendering pax from the aft pier to a smaller dock from the marina.

Omg. Find a better deal/cruise. There out there.

I was on discovery 2 weeks ago. No lines in Buffett no wait for dinner. Shows were full but never had an issue finding a seat. I actually get there a little early as I like to sit in the front row. And did most every night. same with other events around the ship trivia,karaoke and other events were always busy but could always find a seat. I tried to stay on another week and was told it’s sold out so.

I’ve done the San Juan cruise with no sea days. didn’t bring pants. Shorts every night with a nice button up. formal night wore my tux tshirt and nice shorts. Lol.

Seems you should have found this site a lot sooner than now to complain. These questions could have been answered way before your trip. and I’ve been on a few alaska cruises and I can’t remember seeing any drunk people. Well one young lady (school teacher) at 1am singing karaoke. But that’s it. And that was last week and I’m sure she was letting loose because she had school this week and dealing with 3rd graders. Lolol.

My comments a general statement that only 2 bags are free on SW. so what if this persons a photographer with a lot of gear. or their wife packs a suitcase for just her purses and her husband has a suitcase for his shoes. sure some people travel light. Some don’t.

Yes it is, 2 free bags. But my guess is someone coming from the UK for 3 + weeks may need more luggage. Lol.
