  1. I’ve certainly framed my experience in the studio cabin around the fact that I’m 4’ 10”. I don’t think that I’ve ever commented on the suitability for a bigger person, but I have said that a bigger person might find the space tighter than I did.
  2. There are comedy shows without the age restriction that kids under 18 can attend. It's the late-night ones that have the age restriction, and not even all of those have that restriction.
  3. My 1st cruise after startup, september 2021, had the solo gatherings in the lounge. The door was just propped open at that time. My 3 cruises after that all had the gatherings in a bar.
  4. Are they located closer to the kid's and teen's clubs?
  5. But I do have to say, my 1st cruise was on Valor out of NOLA on a Saturday and the Saints played that Sunday. They played the game on the big screen outside. People had pots and pans and were banging them on the lido!! I said y’all just as crazy as we are 😂😂😂
  6. Look now. We ain’t gonna have all this Saints talk up in this Philly girl’s thread. Go Birds 🦅!!
  7. Yes. The Belvedere bar is huge. I was meeting someone there and I was waiting at the bar and didn’t see them even though they were texting me that they were there. I didn’t know there was a whole other part of it around the corner.
  8. I just checked and Glory just had a wet dock this year and a dry dock last year.
  9. Right now, NOLA only has the Valor sailing out in April. The Liberty isn't scheduled to start there until May. It seems they are moving a few ships around so I'll just have to keep an eye out I guess.
  10. Here is my post where I posted the dailies for my cruise. You can see what events happened in the atrium vs other areas
  11. Yeah. I just saw that about the Liberty moving to NOLA in May. I asked John Heald about April. Will I get a response??? hahaha It's a ways off though so anything can happen. Congrats on the wedding!!!
  12. I wouldn't be too mad if they cancelled. I just booked a 16-day transatlantic for later in 2024 and I'm down to using my toes to count my available vacation days. Knowing my luck though, they'll just move my reservation to the Mardi Gras. 😂
  13. I already have a cruise booked on the Glory for the last week of April in 2024. I wasn't able to find that cruise today when I was checking for price drops. No cruises for the Glory appear on Carnival's website from the end of March until the beginning of May. I don't recall receiving an email about it. Does anyone have any idea what's going on with her? Thanks
  14. Time to stalk this thread. I just booked the Nov 2024 TA, Lisbon to San Juan.
  15. Yep. Equifax is used to electronically confirm identity using information from a person's credit report. Not sure if this is used by TSA but it is used by at least 1 other government agency that I am aware of.
  16. Yes, those are the Vibe bartenders on the Prima. Everyone said they came from Encore's Vibe. Also, The Chocolate Cowboy is on Prima. I think he was at the Metropolitan bar
  17. ah ok. So this is really only pertaining to the cash tips people leave for their room steward I was thinking of all the random tips that people say they give, like to the person making the omelettes in the buffet or the late night stair railing polisher.
  18. In the theater on deck 6. I think it was the starboard side. They have tables set up by the theater bar.
  19. just yesterday I requested a 3 day deviation to my cruise leaving from Reykjavik. I told them I wanted to arrive on 8/12 instead of 8/15. I was told I could only do a 3-day deviation if I booked their hotel which is $944/person. I told them a 2-day deviation was fine.
  20. That is true since everyone doesn't use the kids club. The same way the bar staff only gets tipped from the gratuities on drinks and the drink package and not from the DSC.
  21. Pre-Covid, when I had FTTF, I was able to enter the terminal prior to my appointment time and I was directed to sit in the priority boarding area. Since FTTF has just started back, I'm not sure many know how it's working this time.
  22. In general, the shorter cruises tend to have a more party vibe and a younger demographic. Lots of evening activities in the club and on the pool deck. The 3- and 4-day weekend cruises tend to be referred to as booze cruises. lol. Again, generalizations. I've never cruised on Celebrity though, so can't speak on them specifically.
