I was not trying to insinuate anything. Of course a no show is not a crime. What it represents is revenue lost. All the threads here about casino rates and late cancels are just one perspective. I have n issue with there being a penalty along those lines for a late cancel. We simply have a different point of view on a topic, no harm no foul from my side.
Non experienced NCL cruiser, trying to decide which balcony/suite to book for this ship? Thoughts, comments on which anyone would suggest or stay away from? TIA
We cruised out of there last year. I do not remember anyone bringing on (and DEF have seen it in other CCL cruises throughout Europe. Dover is a very different embark port.
Meh, much to do about nothing, will stay away from the political motivation on laws like this. It was and is marketing, id someone buys they know the cost. The way that it has worked for decades. Another no harm, no fowl was of time that requires pain on an industry hammered to modify for no gain, no reason law.
The linked to cruise was mine. We tried to dodge 3 hurricanes and never cam close to Greenland. While the cruise was still fun, it WAS the reason for going and much of the ship was very disappointing with not even getting close. This was a pricey cruise which added to the dismay. There have recently been articles about a third party that many used for excursions, whose leader left the cruise reportedly has not paid cruisers back for pricey excursions not done. It certainly was the most interesting Journey cruise we did, but not for the reasons booked.
