  1. If business class is an additional $1899 per person each way, shouldn't the total per person be $1500 + (2 x $1899) = $5298?
  2. A few (6 or so?) of the suites have "real" balconies with furniture.
  3. During my September 2022 and June 2023 cruises the Terrace theme nights were the same on two consecutive nights; I don't know if this is always done. There was no notice that it would be two nights so the first night on my June cruise was incredibly busy (and we ate late-ish...after 8 pm).
  4. Check your Guest Statement for the applicable rules. Here is what mine says regarding changing our OLife amenity choice (on p. 5 of 6 under "Important Information"; I added boldface to applicable sentence): "Amenities: Promotional and Oceania Club Promotional amenities included on select cruises along with Oceania Club elite benefits are limited to one set per voyage, per stateroom or suite. This includes but is not limited to the Around the World Cruises, Grand Voyages, and Extended Journeys which are comprised of multiple cruise segments. OLife Choice amenities are per stateroom, based on double occupancy and subject to change. OLife Choice free shore excursions vary by voyage and exclude Oceania Select, Oceania Exclusive, Executive Collection, Food & Wine Trails, Wellness Discovery Tours by Aquamar, Go Local, Go Green, Beyond Blueprint, and Culinary Discovery Tours. Voyages up to 9 days receive 4 free shore excursions; 10-13 days receive 6 free shore excursions; 14+ days receive 8 free shore excursions. If shore excursion amenity is selected, all excursions must be chosen at least 14 days prior to sailing. OLife Choice beverage package amenity is House Select. Guests in the same stateroom must choose the same OLife Choice amenity, and amenity must be chosen by final payment. OLife Choice benefits have no cash value and are non-transferrable." So, they should let you change before final payment since you are booked under the OLife promo.
  5. I went to Eagle Elementary when it was the only school in town 🐄🐎🐮 So, How is everyone on Marina doing? Or is it Marinia?
  6. I'm not sure what you are asking then. If you have OLife, the SM info doesn't apply. Use the old rules to choose your Olife shorex. If you also purchase some and qualify for YWC 25% off, you will receive the discount. Everything you need (prices, discounts, etc.) is in the shorex pdf. Actually, I went back and reread your post. Maybe this is the answer you were looking for...(or maybe basor's answer was sufficient) Tour Price -as Basor said, this is full price Simply More Shore Excursion Package - this is 25% off (so also YWC price) Unlimited - N/A for you, but this would be the price with UPC I find the Unlimited column handy since shorex that say "N/A" are typically OLife qualifying shorex (haven't seen an exception yet).
  7. I never paid much attention...just figured people were saying o-shee-an-ya with a very muted y. Just for giggles I played O's youtube video of Vista's christening; the from-the-beginning O people do indeed skip the i as has been stated. However, listen to FDR Jr. during the intro (first few seconds). That said, if I meet you onboard, I promise not to cringe if you say boy-zee, but please don't say I'm from Iowa (you know, that state next to or-ee-gon).
  8. What about the "c"...is it see or shee? And where are the boundaries? (Oh wait, never mind, that's a geography question) This is as much fun as cookies!
  9. Even if the ppg promo can be used for a particular cruise, it may or may not be combinable with another promo. For example, I had a cruise where OCAPP ppg was combinable with the onboard booking promo; however, I also have a cruise where OCAPP ppg is not combinable with the Extraordinary sale promo.
  10. You need to get the shore excursion pdf that FF mentions. It will have the details regarding discounts that apply to you under OLife (e.g., the minimum shorex for the YWC 25% discount may be different than the SM minimum). It also has other important information like cancellation rules. Without this document you are flying blind.
  11. This method is a bit tedious, but you will be able to gather a good idea of prices: Go to the regular website (don't log on to your account) and find your cruise. Click on a port where you want to know about excursions. At the bottom right of each excursion is a link that says, "Cruises Visiting This Port". Click on that and pick a cruise that is less than one year away (one similar to your itinerary will be useful if it exists). O often has the same shorex at individual ports, and if the other cruise is the same season as yours, the prices should be similar. Repeat this exercise until you have a list of A-list (and maybe B-list) shorex. By the time you finish doing this, the pdf will probably be published and you'll be cursing me for making you slog through all the clicking and data gathering. 😉
  12. I just noticed the other day that there are some (new?) accessible shorex available, but I'm sure the availability with be better/worse depending on the itinerary. You can view the ports with accessible tours by clicking on the wheelchair icon on the following page: https://www.oceaniacruises.com/shore-excursions Note: Some appear to be more accessible than others, or at least have specifics in the descriptions such as buses with wheelchair lifts and accessible bathrooms.
  13. One thing to note, my TA's consortium website does not always have the sale prices, especially if it is a silent sale, so a TA's site is "best" (e.g., the Extraordinary Sale was available for weeks on my TA's site before it was advertised by O which is when it showed up on more public sites like CC cruise search and the consortium site).
  14. Sorry for the breadcrumbs...I assumed consortia names/link were banned according to TA-related CC rules.
  15. This info is available to me via both my TA's website and the consortium's website.
  16. If you book using the summer sale, you must take SM.
  17. By booking onboard you get a price match guarantee, so you can ignore the "new bookings only" (sometimes you need to "push" if an inexperienced TA/O-rep is saying no...talk to a supervisor). What can disappear is the onboard booking discount and OBC; however, the combinability info on my TA's site does not list the onboard booking so I am hopeful that you can combine the onboard booking promo with the summer-sale promo. Other things that can disappear or change are other things associated with the cruise like TA offered prepaid gratuities/OBC or other promos that you receive (see my post earlier with the combinability info).
  18. If I understand your numbers correctly, "option B" saves $200 pp for the fare. OLife shorex at $300 pp can range in value from <$300 to ~$600...$450 is usually achievable but you are limited to O-Life qualifying shorex (no OE, OS, etc.); SM gives $400 to use on any shorex (so not a huge monetary difference unless there are ~$200 OLife shorex that appeal to you). TA OBC: option A $250 pp vs. option B $325 pp so $75 more. (Or if it is $500 vs. $325, then $175 less OBC....about the same as the fare savings). I don't know how you feel about a second Wifi logon (and you said wine/beer is not important). If Wifi is important, SM clearly wins since that second logon will cost a few hundred dollars. Even if Wifi isn't important, I would probably choose SM since the shorex-OBC can be used for any shorex (plus it looks like the YWC 25% discount is still available with the minimum shorex booked).
  19. On Regatta, the soap is semi-automatically dispensed via tubing (not manually with a cup as on Riviera), but you need to press a button on the dispenser when you start the washing machine. It's not tricky if you know, but I might have missed the dispenser button step if I was distracted (but then I've run whole loads at home where I forgot to add detergent...doh!).
  20. From the SimplyMore T&Cs: "simply MORE free shore excursion credit varies by voyage and is up to $1,600 per stateroom, except for Grand Voyages as amenity value varies according to voyage length and for single travelers booked in a Solo category as amenity is at the per-guest rate." So, longer voyages may or may not have larger shorex-OBCs.
  21. I think Vista still has the 12 oz ribeye steak, so no prime rib roast, just grilled steak.
  22. The 32 oz prime rib was available on Regatta in June. We know a guy who ate the whole thing...ugh!
