    We have booked at Next Cruise within the last 2 month on 2 different ships. We did get a bottle of Champagne on one, but on another we did receive the raffle. It seems to be different from ship to ship. We booked on Celebrity 2 weeks ago and we received a bottle of red wine and a travel adapter, because we were the first to book a cruise that week.

    It takes about an hour. We booked it onboard.

    I would never count on being off of a ship at 6:30 and making a flight at 9AM. I hope it all works out for you. The earliest flight I have ever booked was 11:30 from any port.

    Royal has shuttles every 30 minutes to the airport and train station. That is what we did for $27.00 a person.

    When we sailed out of Bologna last year we were off the ship at 7:30. The very earliest I would schedule a flight would be 11. The airport is small and gets pretty busy on departure/embarkation days. It took us 3-1/2 hours to get to Venice on the train from Bologna.

    Yes to everything. There is also breakfast in the MDR on sea days.

    It was about $50.00.

    We used Lyft when we were there and it was a lot cheaper than Uber. I would check both.

    Just got off 14 days on Celebrity last weekend. We did enjoy the non smoking casino, but we are looking forward to being back on Royal. The crew all seemed miserable and we didn’t enjoy the service at all.

    We have purchased alcohol the last day of the first leg and taken it back to our room with us. They don’t seem to check or have a way of knowing if you are B2B.

    We love the Suite lounge on the Quantum Class.

    We were on one last May. Everyone had the choice to disembark and return later or stay onboard.

    Alaska is a mixed bag. We have sailed in May, June, July, Sept. and October. Bring lots of layers and be prepared for warm, rainy and cold days. 😀

    We have done several Alaska cruises and feel the ship is plenty warm inside. Wear what you want in order to be comfortable.

    It hasn’t been that way since we returned to cruising after the COVID shutdown.

    I am also a ranch salad dressing person and I enjoyed it on the Symphony in December.

    Exactly! On the non-smoking side and smoking side. Royal doesn’t care one bit even when it is open.

    We have booked a Celebrity cruise while we were on a Royal cruise. Does it go both ways?

    And the fact that it is too cold for all of the plants.
