  1. I received one also. We board the Symphony on Saturday.
  2. It won’t ask you who asked you. It only asks if some one did.
  3. It’s 2 bottles per cabin. Not sure about the store nearby in San Juan.
  4. We received a dark blue card that said “Suite” on the Anthem.
  5. How can one start on 5-9 and the other on 5-12-24? They are both 7 night cruises.
  6. I went to look at these cruises and something isn’t correct. It does show Oasis Barcelona-Barcelona and Rome-Rome, but the dates cannot be correct. Just an FYI in regards to whichever one you decide on.
  7. We are Diamond+ and we were on the Brilliance in May. We had access to the CL lounge.
  8. We’ve cashed out all of our non-refundable OBC many times in the casino.
  9. We actually had this happen to us last year on the Ovation. 20 days had passed and I called Guest Relations and they sent out the link within 24 hours. 800-256-6649.
  10. We were on the Brilliance in May for 2 weeks. The Brilliance is a smaller ship than the Voyager. They were replacing windows in the Windjammer while we were on her. The crew was great. It doesn’t have any bells and whistles, we just went on it for the Greece and Croatia itinerary.
  11. So strange. I can see all 16 of my cruises on my iPhone and my iPad. No problems checking in. Sorry that is happening to you.
  12. That is how it always is with us. My DH can only see his charges and I always see both of ours. We have cruised 10+ times in the last year and that is how it has always been. I think it is due to my CC being the one on file.
  13. I will be on the Symphony 11-26. Thank you for letting us know about changes. We have cruised a lot in the last 1-1/2 years and haven’t been eating in the MDR, due to we are just tired of the exact same menu each week. We are going to have to give MDR another try.
  14. You are supposed to get them on the ship when you achieve the milestone. Our last 2 that we earned the ships didn’t have them. Make sure to mention it to the Loyalty Ambassador and fill out a form to have it shipped to you. We are officially all caught up with the ones that we were owed.
  15. I have also read the posts in regards to problems with the app. We have 3-B2B cruises on the books and all of them are responding correctly for us on our app.
  16. I have experienced bad weather for the entire week on an Alaska cruise.
  17. On the Navigator you can use your voucher at any of the bars, including in the MDR.
  18. Cheers with an Officer is our favorite event. Nice steak from chops, wine and lots of great conversation with fellow cruisers.
  19. We were on Odyssey in March and there wasn’t Tap Factory.
  20. We never asked on the Navigator, they just told us.
  21. This is completely the opposite of what we experienced on the Navigator 2 weeks ago. We are Diamond + and each time they told us exactly how many drinks we had left. It was never an issue.
