    No, they wouldn't do that. And the folks move around constantly, so you will get an experienced crew on any ship. Might be some rookies, but a stellar crew altogether. Robbie Sherrifs on Meraviglia was awesome. He started off on Mera earlier this year, then they re-depoloyed him to Europe. Great guy.

    Wifi works on the island, just a different network. And included.

    the "guides" once you leave the compound are quite aggressive. But the people in the compound were nice. I 2nd what Jagr states.

    walked around, then got back on the ship. There is a little duty free area like in Costa Maya, then we ventured outside that and took in some local sites.
