That much cash may not be important to you but it is to me. You seem to understand the finer points of web addresses. I don’t. Your explanation and display of the inner workings of the web address is helpful and provides me the clarity which I was seeking. Here’s another opinion. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG…… If one’s cabin balcony door is open and theTV is on and operating, the sound can be heard by others on adjacent balconies. ANYTIME amplified content of any sort is sent to a loudspeaker located on a balcony, it will be heard by others who have ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST in that person’s choice of entertainment. Earbuds or headphones are the only proper way to listen to one’s “tunes” while on their balcony.

Just this minute inquired at both the Purser’s desk and at Shore Excursions. Both advised it’s not being offered on this cruise (Diamond). Hasn’t been since the pandemic and no information on when/if it will return.

As @caribillsaid, we will slide seamlessly from the 24th to the 26th. And the 25? Poof. Never happened. The equator crossing is always fun. Funny thing about coming back though. We leave Tokyo on 3.17 at 1835 and arrive DFW on 3.17 at 1600! We get back an hour and a half before we leave!

I’m at Good Spirits now and inquired about goodies. Was told that they stopped the goodie tray 2.5 months ago. Drinks only now.

Boise (sic) tried to compete in that marketplace for a few years but finally gave up and bailed. Nevertheless, they manufacture a decent home audio product.

So far the internet is slow but definitely still usable for everything we’ve tried to use it for. Not tried streaming as this isn’t a hot button for us. Are you able to explain to me how it is that pax are joining the cruise in HI? Crew I understand. But pax? When I first heard this I did a search for this sailing but only from HI to Japan. Showed nothing. Been sailing with Princess for a lot of years and just didn’t know this was possible/allowed. Other lines like MSC do this routinely but never heard of it on Princess. So that my question isn’t misunderstood, I’m certainly not taking issue with this, just curious.

Yes. Required. Signs posted all over. Casual observation is that 80%+ are complying. Watched a woman on the elevator yesterday take an older Japanese guy to task yesterday for not wearing one.
