I am also going to Alaska in May. It doesn't look like La Cucina has anything like that. You can look at all the specialty dining menus by going to your booking, then Explore and Plan, then Dining.
We also booked a Haven for the first time, on the Bliss in May. I emailed the concierge and after more than a week with no response I went ahead and called them. I agree with the times being difficult because of work, but I just did it on my lunch break one day. Got through quickly and they were very helpful.
This made me smile. Son and his girlfriend are taking a cruise in June and this is the one thing they are looking forward to most! She's a private pilot and he's taking lessons to become one.
I'm not platinum, but we have a Club Balcony suite and I was able to make my reservations 125 days out. I had the same generic 120 date listed until then.
Following this thread since we are NCL first-timers as well, going to Alaska on the Bliss in May. We specifically wanted to stop in Sitka so we can see our nephew, his wife, and our great-nephew.
So I just called the concierge desk (or whatever it's called) because I needed to change a dining reservation, and I asked about the water. The very nice lady I spoke to said it's showing up on my reservation on her end. I'm still going to bring the printout with me, though.
Mid-December, for a cruise in May. I have a printout of our booked items, which shows the water. But I really don't want to fight guest services about it.
I wish we could get a straight answer about this. I don't want to buy some and find out we're getting the promo water. And I drink about a gallon a day, which will mean a lot of running back and forth to the buffet to fill up if we don't get the promo water and I don't buy any.
