@bbodb1 @Laminator and everyone else here has given you great advice - only take necessary carry-on when you disembark and let your full luggage go out the night before. MDR is a nice relaxing non-rushed place to end the cruise (very different than Lido), you can let your steward have your cabin and enjoy breakfast until last call. The airport is very close to the cruise terminal and you should find it a much different experience than disembarking Carnival in Galveston. if your airline participates, Luggage Direct is a great service for flights leaving out of FLL so if you haven't already gotten a flight for the next day, you might consider it. If you are set on leaving the following day, still set your luggage 🧳 out the night before then ask your hotel to store it while you enjoy yourself until you check in. They're called "spa insides" but there are also spa insides that do not have the window, so you really need to check the deckplan. It was a great cabin - convenient to Crow's Nest, spa and Lido pool.

@Ileneilene123 if your cabin doesn't have an umbrella, you can get one at the gangway when you scan out at any port.

On HAL, you can do it any time from boarding until very late the night before you leave (I've gone after midnight waiting to be sure I was done charging). Guest Services is open 24×7, so no need to wait in a line, just go whenever you like.

You do have the option of collecting unused refundable OBC in cash if you prefer. Just go to Guest Services and tell them you would like to cash out your account. Original payment type (cc, gc...( is irrelevant - just be certain you're looking at the refundable line.

Congrats on securing CO! Be sure to listen/read where priority pax meet for tender (usually PG or one of the bars) so you do get in one of the early groups. If you aren't greeted by a nifty orange-trimmed tote bag on your bed, be sure to ask your cabin steward for one. The outside mesh pickets are perfect for water bottles 🍶 when going ashore. It will look like this, but have "Club Orange" instead of "Savor the Journey." The library is great for reading - you are welcome to take your own book or read one of theirs. Will also make a pasta salad this morning so it will be ready to eat this evening; we like it really cold so it needs quite some in the fridge. Probably nap, too. Big plans 🙄 Oh, I will also occasionally tell the pups to put away their anxiety - all the noise tonight is for fun. I'm sure they will ignore me.🥴 Our cruise list is looking pretty slim... @Cruiser Sean This is my experience, as well, for all pre-paid spa services (as well as pre-paid dining) on HAL. I, too, thought I was being double charged the first time until I "followed the paper trail."

Well today has been mostly a bust. Attempting to activate my new phone has taken all day and involved multiple hour+ long calls w/provider, Samsung and my company's IT dept - still not at the "yay I have a fun new phone" state, but at least I can make and receive calls. I'll deal w/all the manual file transfers and other issues over the next few days. The big issue is not having work email on it so I'm tied to my computer until someone can figure it out. I knew this would happen, which is why I waited until a long weekend to do it. Technology - ugh. @kazu prayers 🙏 continue the vascular surgeon gets you back to being fit & pain free soon; glad to hear you seem to have an end in site.
