  1. Great way to use OBC since there's no discount for pre-paying. You can see the cost for your cruise by looking under "packages" when you're logged in to the booking. Safe travels - enjoy your cruise!
  2. I have not seen them on the menu and have never asked for them, so I don't know if they're available Maybe someone currently on a ship could check.
  3. Nice. I am not brave enough to attempt one, so kudos. And congrats on achieving great flavor.
  4. Early 90s ('92? '93?) Carnival Holiday. And it was a holiday cruise - my first Christmas cruise and 1st New Years cruise. Is there a prize at the end of this?😁
  5. Tabor was the Maitre D at Pinnacle Grill on NS. Best service we ever received were from him/his team.
  6. Whatever you're comfortable wearing and presentable. I would save the room in my suitcase, pack less and use the terrific laundry service.
  7. Prayers @marshhawk for your travel buddies and hugs for you as you help them through a difficult time.
  8. Welcone to HAL! No diffuser and yes you can bring your own hair dryer.
  9. @ger_77 virtually contributing to your growing Easter Obstacle Course for the boys - this was in our grocery delivery yesterday and now I have a way to use it 😉 Happy Easter 🐣
  10. You likely will have children in Aug. We have found AK to be very popular for families. Post Labor Day there may be less children, but sounds like that may not be an option for you. We find more snow in May, more rain in Sept. The scenery is amazing regardless. Our land cruise May 2022 was a disaster so, we're doing cruise only for now. We did cruise first, land last but would switch that if we did another land cruise to benefit from relaxing sead days as @lcand1923 mentioned.
  11. Bon Voyage @richwmn Wishing you a wonderful Easter and continued safe travels.
  12. This is good to hear and aligns with our experiences Oct Nov Dec. Tabor is fantastic and was there for all of those, maybe he is still there?
  13. I have not seen small sude portions, especially a tablespoon. As recently as Oct Nov Dec on NS and Dec Jan on K'dam the side mash potatoes were served in a bowl for sharing, as they always have been, even if only 1 of us ordered them.
  14. Very nice photos @StLouisCruisers and @Quartzsite Cruiser thanks for sharing.
  15. Happy to hear the Jardiance was finally approved. DH cardiologist added it to his regime a few months ago and all has been good until this month when it was denied. Wonder if that's why? Isn't Dr signature on the Rx his acknowledgement?
  16. How were the Cotes du Rhone and French "Romance" Rose? Happy to hear @Huskerchick liked the Peruvian Chicken - I really enjoyed it on NS. I'm very interested in Project Puddin' so double espressos all around!
  17. Good job and Congrats!! The Institue is deserving. And look at that prime spot right above Guy's gooey deep fried artery clogger.
