Hello!! I have a question for you please. For those of us who've done Nachi a couple of times wanting to try something else. Would you recommend spending a cruise visit at Paradise Beach or Money Bar? Thanks

reedprincess can one book a private tour for the day at the beach you mentioned Anse I'Vorgne? Like most other cruisers I've swam at Jalousie many times, I just want to go somewhere different next year. I could spend my whole day on this beach if I can find a tour operator to take me. The beach you mentioned sounds like a plan. I could do that plus just like everyone else I love the south side of the island the water is consistently beautiful every time. Thank you for your help. Btw the ocean on the south side of the island that's the real Atlantic that's why the water is always so deep blue, it's deep, nicest and best swimming water ever.

Hello!! When this Courtyard Marriott opens if someone does the day pass. Please post a review here. Love Courtyard Marriot's stayed in many not on the beach. The Ft. Lauderdale Courtyard Marriott is across the street from the beach. Awesome little hotel. The property on Curacao I'm sure when it opens won't disappoint. Thanks for your help. Todd πππππ

Everything on Magens Bay has been a hassle for the last 20 years except the water and the views. The beach isn't a hassle if you keep walking, everything else is a hassle.π«€

10AM docks at Havensight, when can I expect to get off the ship?
TTEllis replied to tc-cruise's topic in St. Thomas/St. John
I certainly don't know the specifics of your cruise but I have ported at Havensight and Crown Bay on Princess many times. 10am? I have never disembarked a ship in St.Thomas later than 9am, normally it's 8am. 11am? 11am I'm on beach at 11am and you should be too.π -
Btw believe it or not PORT ROYAL I'm good at math. π

Love that menu. My next question was going to be the conversion rate but you answered that for me. Appreciate you.

Thank you for this updated and current info.. I appreciate it. For years Eagle Beach was a beautiful quiet local beach. That's over. Everybody started running they're mouth's like myself about what a nice beach Eagle Beach is, now it's become extremely popular with cruise visitors. It wasn't always like that. As you stated you have to get there early. Thanks for taking the time to give us all the new pricing at Eagle Beach. ππππππ

The Pitons are " not your typical tourist spot"? Last 5 or 6 times I was there thank God Spencer took us in the speedboat otherwise we would have been sitting out in the jungle with all the other tourists who couldn't find a spot on the beach. Sugar Beach was slammed packed.......with tourists just like us.π

One things certainly for sure Marigot Bay, Sugar Beach aka Jalousie Beach Plantation and maybe Souffriere on a private cat tour or otherwise aren't "your typical tourist stops".π³-----------π«€

Recommendations for Beach Day w/Snorkel
TTEllis replied to Mac9624's topic in St. Martin/St. Maarten
Some of the best snorkeling I've ever done actually I've never seen that much life in the ocean since is at the end of Orient Beach. Right out from the Dive Shop. Best snorkeling in the eastern Caribbean. I stepped on a sea urchin had to get back to the ship with a 2 inch barb in my heal. The doctor on the ship removed it from the bottom of my foot.π«£ Orient Beach is nothing but life, it's just like anything else just watch what your doing your in for a very pleasant surprise. -
That sounded like a blast!! Keep this in mind anytime your on a speedboat with Spencer Ambrose one of the boats ALWAYS breaks down and Spencer is always sick. That's just how it is. Love the guy, boat always breaks down and Spencer doesn't feel good.π³

This is correct. I met with both my tour groups to Goffs Caye at The Wet Lizard. I booked the tours both times online with Resorts for a Day and we met right beside it. Wasn't going to stand there and wait for our tour to leave with a killer bar right there. I sat down at the bar and started early. Your tour won't leave early when you get off the tender at the port, you'll have some time to have a drink and get a bite to eat if your hungry before you take another tender out to Goffs. Wet Lizard great food cold beer excellent vibe I highly recommend it before and after your trip to Goffs Caye.πππππ

Personally I like it over at Redhook. It's a breathe of fresh air from the Havensight or Crown Bay rat race. Sapphire Beach is right there. Depending on what time you're ship disembarks you could always take the ferry over to St. John and chill out for a few hours. Once you get over to that side of the island I would spend my day over there in some capacity. Sapphire Beach is one of my favorite beaches on STT. Go to the beach first and then go up to Duffy's. It's a cool bar. Have fun.πππππ

No I haven't taken that tour but I have been by the beach you mentioned $35 for transportation to and from plus beach chair lunch and a drink, can't beat it. That's a great beach I've been to all the beaches around it, they're all awesome. Good choice. If you decide to take this tour when your on the beach look to your left at about 10 o'clock the island with steam and smoke coming out of it is Montserrat(8 miles away) it's an active volcano or was when I was there. Great beach great views wonderful water. Go have fun.π€π€

Yes!! The best!! Look no further. I miss Lawrence. Thanks PORT ROYAL π€π€

That has gone up a lot. $16 one way? We walked took less than 20 minutes each way. I walked it in my flip flops no problem. The $20 includes your deck chair rental? It was $11 the last 2 times I was there. $15 a drink that's about right, makes for one helluva bar tab every time.

Sounds exactly like Levi's tour.

Iguana Joe's. It'll be packed go have dinner and fun with everyone else. Can't miss it. πππππ

Passions ON THE BEACH.

The whole idea of it is despicable. I saw those poor little monkeys my heart broke for them. What a crock and crummy thing to want to do on your cruise vacation.π¦
