You have to have the whole amount refunded and purchase it again don't you? They don't just refund the difference.

I have 3 tours booked for next year. One of them is the Mount Etna and Toarmino from Messina. The itinerary says you get to go to the top of Mount Etna but reviews on this thread say they only spent 5 minutes at the bottom. Can anyone confirm you do actually go to the top of Etna? Thanks -

Doesnt seem right they don’t even reserve the theatre seating. I would be asking for a partial refund if it were me. -
Seems weird that they can completely change your itinerary and if it’s non refundable you can’t do a thing about it.

Hi. I am afraid you can't get soda on the classic according to this leaflet. Classic is the light grey section on the left. You can get it on the non alcoholic package though. 😞 Edit: Scrap that, looks like they just missed it off the leaflet according to this thread.

Celebrity are normally quite good responding on Facebook messenger. I have a problem open with them at the moment about an excursion I purchased yesterday and it was not showing their side. They were quite cooperative on messenger yesterday but are not answering any of my questions all day today. Wonder if their systems are down?

Try a different browser or device. My app was showing a different price to the website.

Thanks. I can see there is only one journey into Venice that will make the cruise in time an thats the one I have booked. More options on the way back though.
