Just checked excursions for our cruise in March and find that the ones we are interested in are sold out. Do you know if they hold back any spots for onboard booking? Should have been more on the ball.
This is the email address I used

Is this correct? Last time I allowed HL to apply for me and it was not a great outcome.
Have a look at the CSSC website (Civil Service Sports Club). A few pounds a month for membership but good savings to be made. I haven’t purchased travel insurance through them as it comes with our bank account but it might be worth a punt.
That contradicts the info posted by Briani.
Please be aware that to apply your shareholder benefits to a booking these must only be sent to us after the balance due date of 90 days prior to departure, and no later than 21 days prior to departure. Any late bookings made within the 21 days will not be eligible for shareholder benefits.
We have just returned from a Princess cruise which whilst not a TA was a repositioning cruise and as such was similar to a Caribbean cruise (New York to Fort Lauderdale via the ABCs etc) and we decided on modified formal clothes. Instead of taking a DJ hubbie took a couple of smart waistcoats and I took black silk pants and a couple of sequinned tops. Hardly any weight and more than dressy enough. In fact you’ll probably see me in them again as we are on the Arvia TA also.
We are back from our cruise and did indeed get the shareholder benefits after a struggle. Our next cruise is in March on the Arvia. This time I intend to apply directly and not allow our stockbroker to apply on our behalf. I understand you can apply 12 weeks out from the departure date and you can complete a form online. Is this correct? Thanks to everyone for the advice given previously.
Our claim was on a Cunard cruise but very similar wording. The insurance company also asked for the invoice for the cruise. Claiming by phone was not easy so I took photos of both and attached them to the online form on the insurers website. Payment was made within the week.
Same for us but whilst in the past we would take a large suitcase each and use every little bit of the 23kg allowance, now it’s medium suitcases and around 18kg each max. Shoes and toiletries are the bugbear for us. What hasn’t changed is the carry on with a complete change of clothes for each of us along with essentials such as meds.
