Yes dogs can only be trained to sniff for one specific item such as drugs, bombs or cancer but not all three. So the dogs that walk the people can be searching for something other than drugs.

We sail out on the Panorama next month and though we have sailed out of Long Beach a dozen times, we have always stayed at the Hotel Maya and took their shuttle. This cruise will be our first-time parking at the terminal. Please advise best place to park (are there options?) and approximate costs? Lastly, do these parking locations back up and take a significant time to park etc.? THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

People definitely decorate with paper/cardboard/plastic etc... There are tons of good ideas online (pinterest/etsy) to get some inspiration and even magnet's/decor you can buy specifically for this on Amazon.

Yes, there will be people selling tours and excursions right off the ship, but IMO Ensenada doesn't have a great deal to do as far as that goes...there is the La Bufadora that is popular but it's kind of far it's definitely crowded and IMO only about 5 minutes' worth of interesting. The last time our ship stopped in Ensenada we only walked around and go something to eat and even that only entertained us for like 2 hours. It's my least favorite stop.

I have obtained a beer from the pizza place late at night on both the Pride and Splendor but many years back so not sure if that has since changed.

I'll admit I miss the twice a day service and the mint on the pillow.... miss it yes...not cruise because I don't receive it no.... To me it's no different than the airline industry...I recall when first class had individuals playing the violin and make your own ice cream sundae buffets and little kits with toiletries even on a domestic flight etc..... now what...you get a bigger seat and a drink before takeoff..... again, I still fly but that doesn't mean I don't miss the little extra touches etc....

Yes the specialty restaurant do have children’s menus. You should be able to find online. Also in the MDR an adult can order off the children’s menu if so inclined…I’ve ordered a banana split from the kids menu when no other dessert appealed to me.

It depends and is case by case if they can move up. I have successfully moved my son up but he was 1 month away from the next age group and we were traveling with his football team in which all his friends were in the next group up. It will depend too on how many kids they have in each group too. It never hurts to ask,
