  1. at this port absolutely worth it!!!! We always prepay….
  2. We sail out of Canaveral a lot!! For several years our 7 day cruise parking at Terminal 1 was always a flat $136 which was $17 x 8 days. The last two cruises I guess they have started adding taxes so now it is about $145.
  3. Did you book a guarantee room? Or did you choose your room?
  4. Replacement ports have to be chosen according to the availability of a berth for the ship. Sometimes it works out…..sometimes not. Prayers for the passenger and their family during this stressful time!
  5. Open the app……swipe to the left and it will show you the exact date your check in will open….
  6. Just a tip……on port day the line for getting towels on the pool deck will be LONG!!! 😳😳 We check out our towels the afternoon before and take them to the room and check them back in when we return to the ship
  7. Uber will one of the most expensive……. Also check into the following shuttles: *Cortrans Shuttle *Cocoa Beach Shuttle *Cruise Control Transportation *GoPort
  8. Can anyone tell me the name of the your company that is operated by the retired police officer? My friends toured with him and was very pleased…but they can’t remember his name thank you
  9. and keep in mind the rooms won’t be ready until 1:30-2:00 so you will be lugging that around with you until then…
  10. Hate to hear that about Country Inn & Suites as they had one of the best organized shuttles around!
  11. A quick call to any hotel would confirm whether or not they still do, especially if it is still on their website as these parking rates are.
  12. A quick check of the hotels I recommended here are the cruise parking prices: Hampton Inn Cruise Port - $25 per day + taxes Homewood Suites - $10 per day Towneplace Suites - $12 per day Springhill Suites - $12 per day Residence Inn - $10 per day Country Inn & Suites - $5 per day ******NOTE: a lot of these hotels also offer a shuttle to the port and may have a combined park/cruise price. Or you can just pay to park and get your own transportation to the port*****
  13. The Hampton Inn Cruise Port (near the terminal) does allow cruise parking but it is much more than the port…..($25 per day + taxes!!!)
  14. On our last sailing on the Jewel (smaller ship) it was 2pm….
  15. Also check with Cocoa Beach Shuttle or Cruise Control Transportation. They do early evening runs too
  16. On our last cruise when the steward asked if I wanted morning or evening. I asked him which would be easier for him. He was hesitant at first because he wanted me to choose but he did say morning would be a little better for him. So I told him morning would be perfect 😎😎
  17. We want to book in January but want to avoid school holidays…
  18. Maybe because this bus line gets HORRIBLE reviews on multiple websites due to problems and not being on schedule!!!! Would hate to see them come all this way and then miss their cruise!!! That’s why!!!!
  19. These hotels are close to the port (less than a mile) and do include breakfast: *Hampton Inn Cruise Port/Home2Suites *Homewood Suites *Towneplace Suites *Springhill Suites *Country Inn & Suites
  20. For those of you who haven’t gotten their annual yet just go ahead, get some dates in mind and call them. My husband hasn’t gotten his but when we talked to them yesterday they could see his annual on their end so it was available to use!! (I had already used mine) (there is a list of cruises that are excluded……mostly June, July and December…so keep that in mind)
  21. are you taking the bus to Ft Lauderdale the morning of your cruise???? I sure hope not!!!😳
