  1. I saw those in Alaska but it was a while back. Since the restart I have seen two styles of aluminum cans, and some glass bottles (Perrier etc)
  2. The cards are being renamed as well as redesigned. From now on they will be known as “opaque infinite verandahs”🤪
  3. You are getting some free alcohol during a two hour window to be sure. Outside of that you might want fresh please juice, cappuccino, a beer or two at lunch, two or three bottles of water, a fancy hot chocolate in the afternoon, a glass of wine at dinner, and an after dinner drink. If so, look at the ALways Included because you are approaching where it might make sense for you.
  4. December 2023 is probably too far in the future to be able to set dining reservations
  5. In general, the ships are still shortstaffed. So they are not accepting as many reservations for specialty dining as they might have in the past.
  6. No that is not correct. It is one of many reasons not to take an e class ship to Alaska. Another is the lack of a forward facing lounge. There is a huge difference between “We are coming up on the lovely waterfall so get your cameras ready” versus “We just passed a lovely waterfall, I hope you got to see it”
  7. They are giving you drinks from their limited menu and of course you are free to buy drinks that are more to your taste.
  8. They have a list —- a printed book of wines they might have on offer. It’s many pages long. Someone might have photographs of all the pages, so try a search of Cruise Critic
  9. There isn’t a single wine list. There are MDR lists, Blu and Luminae lists, specialty restaurant lists, etc.
  10. No not Elite. Only Elite Plus and Zenith.
  11. Are you looking at the true verandahs (ie the sunset verandahs or the hull verandahs) or the infinite “verandahs”
  12. I am one who was so dissatisfied and disappointed with edge I will never take a chance on another e class ship. Even if it was free. No thank you.
  13. Like a six-pack of coke? Yes you can have that in checked luggage.
  14. No take out. Those who requested it were told no because there are no take out cups there. People were referred to Cafe al Bacio or Oceanview Cafe where trey could find takeaway cups stocked.
  15. The (infinite) veranda cabins look very different because they don’t have verandas.😁. They have a window that can open.
  16. That makes sense as it allows them to book others for that table at an earlier time,
  17. Could you share with us their “surprised” response and who sent it?
  18. Often it takes a few days for the discount to show up. Keep an eye on your booking and if you don’t see it after a week or so contact the booking agent to have it added
  19. But there is a confusion since they give no OBC for booking on board they give a reduction in the cruise fare but not OBC
  20. If you Don’t want it you can give it to me😁
  21. Not on Summit or Silhouette either
