Have done MTD twice this year with parties of 4 and 2, both times with reservations around 6:45. On neither cruise did we wait more than 10 minutes to be seated. Each night we were waved to the inner check in desk and pretty much right to our table. Not sure why the Royal dining gods have been smiling on us but just thought I’d relate personal experience.

No, in the APP ONLY, you can jump right to arrival time without entering ANY OTHER information. You’ll have to do each person on each reservation one by one but you don’t have to enter anything to get arrival times on the APP. I will grab arrival times for everyone as soon as check in opens then go to bed & do the rest as I have time over then next few days.

You can grab check in times for all linked reservations, not just those in your cabin, on the app without having/needing/entering any other information. The rest can be added at your leisure either on the app or the website. You can do it all or everyone can do their own.

I am truly anal retentive about spelling. As an office manager for a major department store, I would drive corporate nuts sending misspelled signs back and refusing to put up any with grammatical errors. I actually dragged the GM of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame to a new exhibit & pointed out every error (and there were a ton! There, there, they’re make me crazy!!!). I am in a 12 step program but sometimes I backslide!

Off Explorer last month, we had a JS on deck 9. It was very convenient to the pool deck & WJ. Just a quick 2 flights up, no elevator needed. The walk-in closet was wonderful!

Well my opinion is the current lobster tails are awful, so bad in fact that it would be a crime to charge for extras. If however, they start serving REAL cold water Maine lobster tails, I do not believe a charge for additional tails is unreasonable. Look, my opinion and spelled correctly!

I’m sorry, lazy? I put in 42 hard working years, raised 2 kids, primary babysitter in waiting for 4 grandkids and am the on call fill in for my previous job. I EARN every minute of my free time.

Ok now I have a funny story. First cruise, 2002 on the then Nordic Empress to Bermuda. Night 4 is stuffed sole which i absolutely love. I order it with eager anticipation only to be told they had run out. 🥺🥺 So he brings me a piece of fried fish that was not very good (maybe tilapia???😁). I push it around my plate and eat more appetizers from the buffet. Of course he notices. “But madame, you did not like your dinner?” And we are off to the races. There is a captains meeting on the ship, I get a plate of assorted goodies from their dinner. The HW informs the chef that I did not like my replacement and he makes 2 stuffed soles special for me and sends them up. I now have THREE full dinners in front of me and the waiter & head waiter standing there … waiting. I though I was gonna explode!!
