    New website.

    I wasn’t able to reset my password because both my email address and username came up as “no account” with the username. Guess I’ll just have to wait for the 2nd promised email that is supposed to be coming today with the instructions for resetting password via email. Not too confident that email will come through since my email address (and my husbands) theoretically don’t exist on accounts in their system.

  4. We just completed checkin for 4 May Liberty sailing in a GS. “Suite” is not reflected on set-sail pass nor in Apple Wallet. Perhaps the purple color of pass is how they currently reflect suite bookings? We are Diamond Plus, so it’s possible that the color only reflects that status 🤷‍♀️

    What seems to have worked for me is *unchecking* Azamara and then going back in and rechecking it.

This also happened to me.There is speculation on the Celebrity boards (or maybe it was other social media groups) that it has something to do with the process of starting to split the loyalty programs (from the middle of January). Anyway, what worked for me to fix it was to delete my Captain’s Club number from my Celebrity account, save, and then add it back and save again. That somehow fixed my tier and points on BOTH Celebrity and Azamara. With my husband’s account, I just needed to delete and re-add his Azamara Circle #. That immediately restored my tier level and points. Jane
