    What rate type did you book ? There are different booking conditions and cancellation policies for different rates. Your booking confirmation will have the details.

    The book I'm reading had a few chapters about a crossing on Queen Mary in September 1939. I was hoping more of the story would take place on the ship but there might be a return journey.

    The letter with the labels and the time should say that you disembark direct from your cabin.

    Definitely the right result on the day, the other 2 had a bad day and the winner peaked at the perfect time. I prefer Alison to Matt but I can see she might be an acquired taste ! Disappointed that my favourite has had to leave Strictly.

    There's no need to buy a beverage package or haul your own wine, just pay as you go.

    Here's a recent thread discussing the process for back to back cruises with a change over in Southampton. It's a good feeling staying onboard when almost everyone else has to leave !

    Yes of course, there are less activities going on but restaurants and bars will be open on port days. You definitely won't be alone, people stay on board in port for all sorts of reasons. Just to add, what an amazing first cruise experience you had !
