    Great news, thanks for the update. We were on Deck 8 earlier this year and really liked it. Nice views of the sea and the Promenade Deck.

    There will be entertainment in all the normal venues at some point in the evening. Our first time celebrating NYE was on QM2 in the Caribbean where we rang in the New Year in different time zones in different parts of the ship ! I've only seen the Madeira fireworks from land, I'd love to see them from a ship.
