A suite for 1200.00 for a 7 night cruise is an obvious wrong rate on any cruise line and anyone should be able to realize it!
-
I think that many resources went away after 2020. I hope those that are disappointed will still enjoy their cruises
-
But you wrote it and published it, correct?
-
This is a very different issue than booking a cruise at an increidbly low, obviously wrong rate
-
What market would you book from? Not the US or Canada, or EU from what I can tell
-
This person said it was directly with Azamara- "I booked througth the website. My cruise is on June"
-
Hmm Azamara has never required a cruise be paid in full at time of booking, unless it is within final payment, which you have stated above was not the case.
-
This is a story you wrote, correct? You have a lot to say for someone who hasn't ever sailed with the line either, according to your signature
-
I do believe there have been other instsances posted here, where someone got a steal of a deal and paid in full at the time of booking, thinking that the error is pricing couldn't be corrected. I wonder if this is one of those instances? Why would anyone pay in full so far out?

Current satisfaction with Azamara now that new Ownership has had time
laurieb replied to Vineyard View's topic in Azamara
I'm sorry to hear it was not up to par. Perhaps Journey has become the "training" ship? -
Our onbard performances on the Scotland Intensive and the Ireland Intensive last year were the best I have seen!

Very, very well said! -
Just received this email today; we're cruising on Quest May/June. Followingthe link though, the price is more than the email, so perhaps they have rethought the increase and it will stay 26.95. Oh, there's an IPA available, at least on the list; I hope it's onboard too!!!

only thing showing up is a tour to Padua ending there...
-
Does Azamara still offer the transfers onboard?
-
I thought that the upgrade to ultimate was only available for those who received an experience more package as a promotional offer from Azamara.
-
really makes perfect sense to me
-
wow, kind of harsh?
-
wow, that's great!
-
Yes, please let us know what you find out 🙂
-
Totally agree, in particular for the indulgence package for a cruise that long.
-
I've never seen it available onboard; a call in to Azamara may be helpful. I've never seen anything advertised through Azamara for it; may be that they cooperate in the sense that they work with the company for drop off and pick up?

Consequences of attacks on shipping in the Red sea
laurieb replied to Peter Lanky's topic in Azamara
That is a TA thing then, not an Azamara issue, so you can't blame Azamara for that. I'm very close to a TA that lost ALL commissions for 2020 and most of 2021. I understand why some would now have a cancellation clause, but the cruise lines don't. -

I'm not one affected, but thought that the compensation is more than fare. The commission, that's on your TA, not Azamara.
