You meet in the top sail lounge and you are escorted to the excursion meeting point. On one excursion the butler escorted us to the tour bus.

You are talking about MSC tours I presume 7of us used Romeinlimo and saw both the colusseum and the Vatican museum, square, etc.

My TA just tried to book a solo in the Yacht club on the Seascape on three different dates in Sept and Oct. Though there are vacancies for those dates none of them would accept a solo cruiser. She will call them to see if there is any way to book a solo.. She like other TAs does not like to work with MSC but has been able to always get us what we want, not this time. She also offered us other cruise lines who always have solo cabins available.

Try doing a search for other comments on laundry. I was not happy with my last laundry purchase and would not do it again.

I found this interesting as on my last BTB in Jan the casino tried to give me a free cruise but said it didn't apply to the YC. Guess I didn't rate high enough so I told them to keep their free trip. They couldn't believe that I turned down a free cruise. YC only for me.

You got a bargain as I paid about $60 for 3 people in Jan. for a cab and it wasn't big enough for three people plus two weeks of luggage. Thought that was high as I remembered paying less in the past.

Made tea using Nepresso machine. Always run a small cup of water first for whatever reason and then run hot water for tea. Never had a balcony on MSC big enough for a lounger. If you have a large balcony ask your room steward and see what happens Enjoy!!!!!!

First of all do you have a confirmed solo reservation for the Divina? Solo rooms are not always available. There are no paid shows on the Divina. You link your room key and credit card at numerous machines throught the ship. No big deal. Not familiar with airport to pier shuttles. We always fly in a day early and stay at a hotel that has airport pickup. The next day we uber or Lyft to the pier. Always bring your own extension cord and there is no self service laundry on the ship. Have a great cruise,

I have a question, when can those who were on the disastrous Seascape cruise on Jan 15-22 when there was an engine loss, expect to see the 50% refund on the paid cruise fare as listed in the Jan 19 letter from Captain Francesco Di Palma. We missed Ocho Rios which was one of the reasons we booked this cruise. Seemed to be a little confusion among the crew as too what was going on. I should start an over/under on how long it will take this refund to happen if it ever will.

I did the survey and could not believe that the small box for coments was the ponly place to comment on crew services.. My bad but I expected more areas for written comments,

Need an address to provide positive comments for GREAT crew support. Something other than customer services that might help their careers.

Cruised in 19027 from 8 Jan to 22 Jan 2023 and heard noises from deck 20 twice a day everyday. It was while they were setting up the loungers and taking them down. A few times there was noise late at night but it didn't last too long.

That is not the package sign up form. That is the form used to send the laundry. I don't recommend the laundry to anyone.

Butler said I could split the package and I did.

I was in 19027 last week and it was very noisy every night and early morning from the noise on 20..I would ask to change rooms if I was put on 19 again. Finally caught up on sleep.

I signed up, on board, for the 20 article package. Sent 10 items on tuesday and 10 items on thursday. When I checked my charges at the concierge and saw the double charges the concierge said it was the butlers fault and she immediately called someone and said it would be fixed. That night the butler brought another laundry packege sign up slip for mr to sign and he said that would take care of the problem. Final bill had the one time $45 cost but no 15% discount, waiting for comment/survey form to add comments on laundry.

We were charged 14.50 for the last week on the Seascape. Also found out you can order from the YC restaurant menu being served and they will call your butler to pick up and serve in your room. Used this last week as I had a swollen foot and didn't feel like going to the restaurant.

Ship arrived in Miami at 2:03 this AM. A OK and ready to go. Sailing info is on channel4 on the TV. On the 15 - 22 Sailing the YC was fully booked and there were over 5500 people on the rest of the ship. After seeing 3700 and 4700 people listed with is topic I wonder what the real answer is as it was super crowded.

No added fee but good luck getting the 15 off. Nobody seemed to know diamond got the discount and when I showed them the chart with diamond discounts they were surprised and said they would take care of it. Sent laundry in two different days and was charged an additional 56 dollars. Got that straightened out but will never buy the laundry package again. Shirts and pants needed pressing after I got them back. Package deal is not like it used to be.

There are some tea bags on the Nespresso condiment shelf in your cabin. As stated above use machine with out pod and you get hot water. Did it last week and it worked fine.

Do you know what pier/dock you will be coming into tomorrow? Have to give Uber an address.
