  1. Breenan's Steakhouse on Iberville might be an option. We really enjoyed our meal there. We saw about 4 families with children while we were there. Plenty of alternatives to seafood.
  2. I so agree with you. It is a blessing to be able to enjoy a vacation! While I still follow the dress code, I do not judge others. And I agree, being able to enjoy a nice vacation is a luxury.
  3. I am in hopes that we can return to the topic of this post. I am sure the OP is excited about having a balcony cabin and is looking for suggestions to maximize the experience. Let help with suggestions, not arguments. If someone wants to play music on their balcony, fine, as long as it doesn't bother others. If it bothers you, just politely ask them to turn it down. I guess my whole point is, enjoy your life. You are blessed to be able to cruise or vacation in any form. Consider the alternative.
  4. The pictures are too awesome for words! Thank you for taking the time to post.
  5. Not sure if this helps? We were in 2356 on the Vista. Very quiet and peaceful. Next to a utility closet, no issues. I would book it again in a heartbeat! Looks like 2358 is on the other side of the closet. Our cabin was close to elevators/stairs. To me, a great location.
  6. I would love to have answers to this also. Booked on the Conquest with family and friends on New Year's eve. I would love to have any information on the ship.
  7. I loved our cove on the Vista. Midship, very quiet, and private. I was not disappointed and would do it again in a heartbeat!
  8. Matt Mitchem. If you have ever had the opportunity to sail with him, he will set the bar. All over the ship, interacting with the passengers. So entertaining, funny, and talk about eye candy. That is all....
  9. Enjoying your review! We also stayed at the Hilton Marina in December. Love that hotel!
  10. We were on the Allure last month. The door to the refrigerator was bolted to the cabinet. Therefore, we could not keep the cabinet door open. However, the fridge did keep water, soda, and beer cold. So I guess it was a "real" refrigerator.
  11. Great review so far. Looking forward to reading more. Thank you for sharing.
