  1. That is the Mera. Was on it a month ago. About 20,000 tons bigger. Plus the DSC is a lot lower.
  2. Yes, looks like both ships skipped. Mera off starboard. Oh, the humanity of a cross dock of supplies did not happen.
  3. That was per one of those mapper sites as far as time. Looks like they both got waved off from Bermuda but will have to read below, err up, for updates.
  4. I don't get why they are swapping nearly identical ships if they are doing similar routes.
  5. Meant to ask, has the engineering staff noticed the excessive Amp draw in your room? Have you seen any brown outs or incurred a peak period extra fee?
  6. Unless GA could cross dock some hash browns there is hope. Looks like MSC Mera due in Bermuda tomorrow at 11. Was on Mera a month ago and had six, round, hot, greasy pucks over ten days with ketchup. It was actually only over three breakfasts as we slept in except the shorex days. Even had them at buffet but not coveted like lobster used to be on NCL on the old seafood night. I don't think I have seen beans yet. Meanwhile, back in the US the McRib is back, for our convenience, of course, limited time. I've had four thus far all Ala carte, no dining plan limit to 1+1+1 or 1+1+1+1 or whatever the staff makes up at that moment. Note Mera not related to Prima but to Epic. I could probably get my peeps on the Mera to do a mercy aid mission of hash browns to sail and sustain those in a bind.
  7. According to at least one poster here, standing at the CN desk to book Lats bookings is the place to be.
  8. Bigger question is if you have hash browns on board ready to transfer to Prima when she docks.
  9. Who knows. A bunch of us waited 16, yes 16 months for a refund back in 2016.
  10. Yesterday Prima in mid Atlantic no pax ships around. See you bearing in on Bermuda. Looks like GA going there too. Maybe being a mercy ship with hash brown transfer to Prima. No interest in sailing GA or BA even if hash browns onboard.
  11. Our trip to there for lunch one day last year was hurry up, seat us, got seat by doors to kitchen. Menu looked good but can you say slow. Officer noticed, apologized, nothing changed. When DW complains about the food, something wrong.
  12. Anything other than waiting in a line for something that could be automated like other reservations.
  13. Kind of like the onboard gift shops where they mark things up after last port then have a 'sale'.
  14. Thanks for the BTS pics since we didn't get it offered last year. A couple trips ago you were doing hand modeling - see you have moved to feet modeling. Let's see if you can get a picture driving go karts in the blue driving slippers. We only sat in buffet I think twice on our TA. No room so avoided it. In the aft area by grill sometimes some seats in buffet.
  15. I see in post 210 we are still at CN desk trying to get our Lats listed perks one year later. Post 211 silver disc is spare azipod propeller, they don't put on front deck anymore but on deck as art. Some of those other parts may be spares here and there as well. Like to hear your guess. Should be safe day, HMS QE aircraft carrier is in front of you. I'd do FR still, usually not very busy, hot food, quick service.
  16. You did better than me. I stood right next to M King on BA at lats party and we said nothing. It might have been due to Prem only answering three questions then he 'had to go' so we might have been speechless.
  17. As said, non suite concierge well documented does not exist. I'd also say from many Haven sailings it also barely exists there especially based on who concierge is. Rest of benefits, no online options like you'd think there would be. Waste your time first day in the CN line for things that might already be not available.
  18. We didn't even have rough seas on our TA but the creaking was very consistent. Didn't interfere with sleep, just strange. I don't think making notice would have mattered. We had Asst GM stop by first day. Mentioned broken bathroom door cabinet. Low priority but didn't want to get blamed. No follow up. TBH the management on at the time should not be in leadership.
  19. Glad things going well. Can you maybe form the corned beef hash into a hash brown look alike? At least having beans will keep things regular. Saw on map yesterday Prima and Seaview neck to neck near Strait. They are built by same builder by the way, guess you could say cousins. Currently, if going a bit slower, there could have been a t-bone by a Fred Olsen.
  20. Not Encore specific, but soot and vibration can be issues aft. Fleet specific, they figured out about ten years ago they could charge more.
