I agree, getting a slice or 2 of pizza placed on your plate is better. In fact any buffet areas that make up your plate for you get my vote.

Ask P&O to provide clear ingredient lists in large lettering on the displays and there will be no need to examine the package. Except of course that people will want to look closely so they get the 'best' or 'largest' sarnie. Do what Marella do, the items are wrapped in opaque packaging 😈

Yes it is Boots in Chatham. For the covid booster I booked via NHS online (via a BBC link) and it asked for my NHS number, date of birth and postcode. Several venues came up including Parkwood Health Centre. I also have a confirmatory email. There was only one day available for Parkwood.

IMO the grab and go issue is more about Norovirus which can be spread by contact. Also the grab and go is not staff supervised or even overlooked so people WILL take items out, maul them and put them back and you don't know if they have washed their hands.

Just back from a cruise and confirmed my flu jab in Boots next Monday and booked my COVID seasonal booster for next Tuesday in my local health centre.

When i have been to Flam there have been excursions to Gudvanger at the head of Nearoyfjord with a boat trip back to Flam. The excursion works both ways, coach to Gudvangen and boat back or vice versa. On my first Flam call we had an all day excursion up to Myrdal on the railway, we broke down and were late but they delayed the Oslo Bergen express for us. Then on to Voss for a nice lunch by the lake. Then on to a coach to visit waterfalls and finally the spectacular Stalheim hotel for pastries and tea/coffee
