  1. Thank you @harryfat1 again for the invaluable information. This is why I love CC to read other people’s experiences and gather all the information. I will definitely look up that tour. Not sure about the horse back back riding for me but might be something to think about. Taken note of weather conditions and will l pack accordingly. I’m really hoping to see the sea lions 🤞🤞 Jenni.
  2. Stay safe @dani negreanu We were on last years Holy Land cruise in October. Beyond grateful that we got to see your beautiful country in calmer times. Thinking of you and your fellow country people for a peaceful and quick end to the war. Jenni
  3. Thanks @harryfat1for all the extra information. I’ll pack extra motion sickness medication. We’re doing a 7 night cruise either side of a 3/4 night cruise starting January 19. We’re flying from Toronto to Las Vegas for 4 nights pre cruise. Never been thought we may as well as we’re on the west coast. We then fly to LA for one night before boarding the Navigator. Looking forward to sailing on her again to see all the upgrades.. Sailed on her in 2006,2007,2008 & 2017. Look forward to reading your next live from Odyssey. We sailed on her for a westbound transatlantic last year and we’re doing it again this year. Happy sailing! Jenni.
  4. Thank you for your great review. We board Navigator in January for a few cruises B2B to make it worthwhile flying from Ontario. I have made lots of notes, especially the lack of taxis at the port. Will have to research my transport options for the airport. Jenni
  5. Thank you. Definitely won’t be doing that walk. lol.
  6. Never been to Ensenada but due to stop there next year on our cruise on Navigator of the Seas. I have read that you can walk to “the blow hole”. @scottca075 Would you have any useful information on this? Thanks Jenni
  7. I’ve been trying to research this port too and wondering the same. Want to look at tours but it depends how quickly we can get off the ship. Jenni
  8. So sorry for the loss of your mother. As previous posters have said I hope you able to enjoy the cruise reflecting on precious memories you hold close to your heart. Looking forward to your review. We are doing the Anthem TA next April. I also eat a gluten free, low carb and sugar free diet by choice so will be interested to see what you find for food choices. Jenni
  9. We are also on the Radiance PC cruise next year so all this information has been fabulous. Thank you @twangster
  10. Looking forward to following along on this live. It’s already off to a fantastic start. Thanks everyone. Jenni.
  11. Started application on the NZeTA app but was a little confused as at the end(before payment)it said cost was $17 plus $35 for the IVL. I didn’t complete as wanted to clarify if this is correct. We will be arriving in New Zealand by cruise ship. It asked the question if staying in NZ. If anyone has completed the process with a Canadian passport(no need for visa) could you please clarify what you answered at that stage and did you only pay $17. Thank you in advance. Jenni
  12. I’m on Keto and take my own sweeteners too-Whole Earth. Found the sugar free gluten free desserts good on the Odyssey TA in October. Jenni
  13. Just found this thread. I have some catching up to do. 🙂 We’re on the Ovation in March so very interested to read your live. Thank you. Jenni
  14. I had checked dates of last Med cruise too and thought the same as you. Would love to book Westbound TA 2024 on her but will have to be prepared that if it is after a dry dock that there still might be ongoing work while sailing across. Happened to us before on another ship after dry dock & on a TA. They were still laying carpet and flooring in some areas.
