  1. That is what our cruise is.... 14 day as 2 7 day segments. I just booked then Enclave for us for both weeks. We will definitely use it almost every day.
  2. Anyone with recent knowledge on the Regal, what time is the Club Class dining area open on embarkation day?
  3. I think that's about the price I remember. Our last cruise was 2019.
  4. I know that there is a supplement for caviar, but is it now $70??
  5. Guest Services can sign you up? On previous cruises had to go to the Dining Room to sign up.
  6. I also have a problem with the abbreviations people love to use.... like everyone is supposed to know what they mean. In the medical field in the record one can only use "approved" abbreviations form a published list so there is no confusion. Also when using an abbreviation in a document, one must first completely spell out the term then follow it with the abbreviation in parentheses for future reference. Yep, one of my pet peeves!
  7. You want a tour to look at tree bark???
  8. Are you referring only to the hydrotherapy pool? That is not the only thing offered in the Enclave. Don't know anything about MSC. There is also a very nice hydrotherapy pool on the newer HAL ships.
  9. Agree. I can access my info, I can't access my info. I am Green Lane, I am Blue Lane. Not much trust in this wonderful app!
  10. I think I may have answered my own question. Went to a different site and found a reference to being open from 8 AM to 10 PM. Also I used the wrong term here. On the Regal (and all Royal class ships) it is called the "Enclave" as opposed to the thermal suite. Anyway can anyone recently on board confirm these hours?
  11. Planning to book the Thermal Suite on the Regal for our upcoming cruise. Who can tell me what are their (Thermal Suite) hours of operation? Thanks!
  12. When did this begin? Our last Princess cruise was 2019 and I never saw her on any of our previous cruises.
  13. So far only about 100 cruises listed for 2024. None of the Alaska cruises yet.
  14. Just an update... Still have not received a response from Princess so I sent in another request. No, I do not plan on calling them. This is now becoming an experiment to see how long it will take to get a response.
  15. OR it may be time to unload an 18 year old ship.....
  16. Just wondering , since the Diamond Princess is just hanging around for the next few months due to crew shortage, if there are any plans for a dry dock or other updates. I believe that the last drydock was in 2019. I also believe that there was a scheduled drydock in January of this year but it did not happen. It would seem a good use of down time to do something productive rather than just sitting at a dock in Los Angeles.
  17. Thanks, but not new to cruising. Have been doing this now for about 20 years and have used pretty much all variables. What I have found is that most of the "discounting" TA's provide very little in service other than a typically minor discount on the cruise fare. My main reason for trying the Princess Cruise Planner again was more for the convenience of not having to do everything myself.
  18. Interesting thread. Years ago we had a PVP (now CVP I guess) with Princess. He was great but is no longer there. We have been doing all ourselves since then. About a week ago I sent in a request for a new CVP to contact me (via the on-line request form). Have not heard anything so far. Is this the current state of Princess customer service?
  19. From what I've been seeing lately, Princess has dropped the couples price and now everything is priced individually.
  20. Can you get a custom pizza or just the menu items?
  21. Its been a couple of years but I used Spothero to reserve a parking spot for the SF pier. Very convient (right across the street) and reasonably priced. Safe as well..
