Totally agree. Many companies have a built in system that acknowledges when a customer email is received and provides an automatic response that the email was received. That way a customer knows that the information was received by Princess.

So info is only available on board ship.....

Yes, I saw it there. I was referring to when you sign in to your account. There is shows your Cruises Sailed, Cruise Days, Captain's Circle Level and Onboard Credits. This is still showing as $0. All the other items are correct.

OK, just got an email telling me my OBC was added. A new booking confirmation was included, and it is showing a $250 OBC. However when I sign in and look at my upcoming cruise information, it is still showing $0 under OBC. Will this show up here in the near future?

When you log into your account it will show your member #, Captain's Circle #, Cruises Sailed, Cruise Days and On Board Credits.

We have cruised in suites on a number cruise lines, including Princess. Our absolute favorite for suite cruising is HAL. To us their suite perks are the best, especially the Neptune Lounge. While we have cruised on suites on Princess we actually prefer Club Class. The suite perks are not that impressive on Princess to warrant the increased costs.

Had 1 of these on a previous cruise.... it was worthless. I have no idea how anyone could equate this to a $1 value let alone $900!

Is there a map showing the water taxi stops as well as what's around in the port? I have searched but have not been able to find anything. Thanks!
