  1. That information is correct but we were confused due to the Celebrity site wanting full payment at the time of booking and had asked our TA to take a look. The response was that since we were trying to book more than 3 or 4 days prior to the cruise date we would have to pay for the flight in full due to the “deviation “.
  2. Yes, this is why I said might. When we tried to book flights more than 4 days prior to the cruise date we were informed by our TA that we would have to pay for the flight in full. Since we were not 100% committed to our arrival date we decided to wait and book on our own once we sorted our pre-cruise plans. We have used Celebrity Air and will again in November as we were not 100% locked in but wanted to lock in a reasonable price. Have since then 100% committed to going but since the price is less than what I can get on my own we will use Celebrity Air. Flying from longitudinal central (east/west) Canada is getting to be more expensive and less convenient to Florida. snow bunny
  3. We checked our balance prior to getting off of our Constellation cruise in February and zero balance. Received our “final invoice” while in the air on our way home with a $61.29 USD charge for mini bar which we didn’t use. Called, and was informed they would request the refund and it would take 3-4 weeks but usually 2 weeks. At 4 weeks, called back and they said it was approved and to wait a few more days. Did so but had our TA get involved since a few days later still no refund. Glad we had him escalate as Celebrity owned up to having not processed the approved refund. Took a total of two calls from me, two calls from my TA and five weeks to get my funds back. snow bunny
  4. Just be advised that you might have to pay for the flight in full rather than at final payment. We were trying to do a pre cruise land trip but would have to pay for the flight due to timing. snow bunny

  6. The name of the duo was Starlight Duo which might have been replaced with the Sandra Maria Duo. Unfortunate as our friends really enjoyed Starlight. snow bunny
  7. @Ken the cruiser, what is the new duet like? Our friends were on your sailing and they enjoyed the duo from Argentina. Just wondering what kind of tunes this new duet play? snow bunny
  8. So, my points show up correctly in the current email titled “From the Bridge”, however my online account is out by 1. I know it isn’t much but it is one point closer to Elite+. Should I wait to see if it updates correctly? DH has the same issue. snow bunny

  10. I am wondering if the laser measuring is only in Canadian airports? Seems that the ones flying in from elsewhere are not reporting this issue. A bit concerned as my handle causes my carry on to exceed the 21.5” requirement. snow bunny

  13. We are on the Premier package so should get free shipping. I might ask my TA to see about cancelling the current selection of picking up at the port as I cannot cancel what we currently have. Thanks to folks for giving some guidance served up in a friendly and helpful way! snow bunny

  16. I have tried this on both my app as well as my husband’s with zero success. Would it be best to try and call someone to get this reset? If so, what phone number should I try? snow bunny
  17. Anyone know the cutoff date if you want it shipped to Canada? We are in the blue lane only because we could not have the medallions shipped to Canada. snow bunny
  18. In February we had a group of 10. As long as you are linked together and can book 6 and 4, they will combine them together. Or at least that was our experience. snow bunny

  22. I had similar issues and just backed out of the app. Then I reopened it and was able to book the second SD for free. snow bunny
  23. Seems their IT is at it again. Cannot even bring my booking up, it says “Gone sailing, be back soon.” Wonder if the flash sale overwhelmed the system? But I did manage to upgrade one of our basic internet packages as well as booked an excursion for November 2024 at 35% off. snow bunny

  25. Perhaps when sales in the stores start to go down because of the wafting of the folks vaping then maybe Celebrity will toss this idea aside. I am too sensitive to abrasive odours to even venture near the cosmetics so this will save me money in the stores. snow bunny
