We will be on the Sky Princess in a couple weeks. We have the Plus package. We are both light eaters. Can we split a pizza at Alfredo's or do we both have to order separate pizzas?

We asked about the footstools. How can we sleep on the balcony without footstools or loungers?

At one time was there a Manhattan or Old Fashion on the Elite drink list? Pretty slim pickings from that list!

We agree. You get much more from the Princess Plus package and we always cruise with the Plus package at $60 per person per day, which includes drinks, gratuities and wi-fi.

We finally reached Elite and are scheduling future cruises. We have always purchased the drink packages. With the Elite Happy Hour, do we still need to purchase the drink package? We always have a couple (2 to 4 between us) pre-dinner drinks and a drink during dinner. We also have morning coffees. We usually have a "big" night at Sail Away and occasional drinks by the pool or in the casino. We hate seeing a large amount owing at the end of our cruise and are concerned we will limit our "cruise experience" by limiting our drink orders and avoiding the large bill at the end of the cruise. The Celebrity drink packages have become so expensive, and we now wonder if it would be best to pay as we go.

A very grateful OP is again replying. I checked, and our hotel does have wi-fi. Our biggest concern now is the audio tours on our excursions. We will probably get the Verizon international plan. I want to thank everyone for your guidance.

We are taking our first trip to Europe and first Transatlantic cruise in October. We will spend three and one half days in Barcelona before boarding the ship. For what it's worth, we do have wi-fi service on the ship. Do we need internet service while we are in Barcelona? We are not very tech savvy, but we do spend a lot of time on our phones (Google searches, email, weather, directions, menus, Facebook, games, etc.). We have also loaded the Google Translate app. We have Verizon as our service provider. We'd ask our 12-year-old granddaughter for help, but she has never been to Europe. Thanks for your help.

After twenty years of cruising, we are finally going to take an Alaskan cruise on either the Ruby or the Saphire. How are the Aft cabins facing the wake for an Alaskan cruise?

We will also be on the Transatlantic cruise on the Reflection in October. We were on the Reflection in March and loved the ship.

Last October I paid the entire cruise fare (excluding the deposit) and air fare with AARP gift cards for a Princess Hawaii cruise. Now I have final payment coming due for a Celebrity cruise in October. I have written a note to my TA requesting information on the use of the AARP gift cards on a Celebrity cruise. Keeping my fingers crossed - the use of the gift cards would put $700 in my pocket.

Can we eat in the main dining room if we have an Aqua cabin? Is there any charge if we elect to eat in the main dining room instead of the Blu Restaurant?

I received my PUP points for February, but my wife did not receive her PUP points. The February PUP points show in her "Points History" but they did not add the points to her Club Points. I waited to call Celebrity thinking they will eventually appear under her Club Points (also hoping to avoid the long hold time when I call the Captain's Club). When is the best time to call the Captain's Club?

Perfect timing! We are taking our first European cruise this year. Also only two points from Elite. And we are trying to book our 2024 cruises.

We also were on the Edge last week. In October we cruised to Hawaii on the Sapphire Princess. Throughout the cruise we were comparing our Celebrity experience to our Princess experience. Celebrity came out on top for the ship, embarkation, disembarkation, buffet (except for evening buffet) and Eden for breakfast and lunch (compared to International Cafe on Princess). Princess came out on top for the evening dining room (we had the same table and same wait staff every day; the evening dinners were much better on Princess than on Celebrity), entertainment, Princess app and staff. We will continue to book cruises on both Celebrity and Princess.

We will see you in the casino on the Edge with drinks in hand. We will also be sailing with the Blue Chip complimentary verandah offer.

I booked with a TA. I have already talked to my TA and he said that it is usually easier if I simply book the flights myself.

The problem must be on my end. I can do a mock booking, and even select the flight for a quote. However, when I go to "Manage My Reservation", I am able to search the available flights, but can't "Select" the flight. I am not very computer savvy, so I will call Celebrity tomorrow for help. Thanks for your help.

We are on the Reflection leaving on October 19, 2023. When I do a mock booking, I get flight quotes. Also, when I try to book a flight, the site will list all the available flights, but it will not allow me to "select" a flight. I will call Celebrity tomorrow.
