  1. Just login through the app or a browser and you don't ever have to log out for the duration of the cruise.
  2. It was not filmed in Canada. It was filmed in Mystic CT. A good part of it at the Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, and Mystic Village. I know all these places. It was not faked. Nothing wrong with a feel good movie but as for the acting.....
  3. No, his suggestion just delays the new group of folks who would like to start their vacation. They want you off and the crew wants you off. Your time is up.
  4. So right now I'm watching a Hallmark movie called Mystic Christmas. It was filmed in Mystic Ct. Thought I'd watch it to see the local locations. So my question is how can these Hallmark movies be so painful to watch and how can my mother like this channel so much?😦
  5. Self debarkation is a breeze unless you are determined to be the first one off the shop. At least that has been my experience doing it multiple times.
  6. A better solution.... in YOUR opinion. Just get off the ship, your vacation is over.
  7. It is a beautiful sunny Southern New England day but a little cool. I had to put on sweat pants to bike today... Shadow decided to tag along... I dislike it when people refer to the Atlantic as "the pond" however, today it is acting like a pond...
  8. When you are aboard Odyssey could you post what they are charging for internet please? In February I'll be expecting to hear all about Icon!
  9. On Odyssey the hamburgers and Mac & Cheese in the WJ were consistently very good. I new there was always something to fall back on if nothing else was appealing. I don't really need any fancy foods. Simple is fine as long as it is good.
  10. First a button fell off my shirt because the stuff that holds it on broke. Then Jade ran through the house and tipped over a glass.
  11. The answer to your question is pretty simple. If things were not done this way then Mr. Liberty might have to forego some of his 11 million dollar salary. I wonder how much sleep he loses at night thinking about how much the people washing towels in the bowels of the ships are being compensated. But then, he doesn't have to worry about those towel washers as his customers have it covered. I remember when the reopening started people were posting that we should increase tipping to make up for the months of tips that the crews lost. So it is not hard to understand that these people would feel the need to tip everyone in, or out of, sight. Some of the thought processes around here are truly mind boggling. I wonder, is this mentality unique to people who patron the cruise industry or is it more pervasive?🤔
  12. Could be worse. You could be eating at home like me.😄
  13. Yes you can do the same things as always and there is no downfall. You just all have to share the same user name and password.
  14. If there was no option then we would be having a meaningless discussion.
  15. Remember when autograts were first introduced and you had to opt in instead of opting out?
  16. Exchange rates are a whole different issue. I have no idea where he is located. He should have explained that.
  17. How did you nanage to fabricate this information? You pay exactly the same amount whether you pre pay gratuities or pay on the ship. The only time there might be a difference is when an increase has been announced. If you pre pay you typically pay the old rate and would pay the new rate if waiting to pay on the ship.
  18. Because when people have no further points to make to support their position they resort to name calling and accusations.
  19. Back in my residency days when I was on obstetrics rotations I heard some pretty interesting stuff come out of women's mouths as they were pushing out those babies.
  20. Maybe you could make the suggestion to RCI for the next update.
