While rain, sleet, and snow will not delay the mail carriers, vandalism of a group cluster mailbox will. The lock the carrier uses to access our individual mail slots was broken off a week ago with all the boxes wide open and I haven't gotten USPS mail for a week. It was finally repaired yesterday but apparently by a service crew and there was not yet mail in the box when I checked. I've been to St. Maarten many times but I don't think I've been there on a BHB. Another brutally hot day today. Roy
