    Dream 21

    This might help...
  2. Glad that is working again on the US site, still not getting a payment option on the UK site at the moment, but no need for a couple of months yet...
  3. It is explained at the top of the menu extract I posted earlier: You get 50% off if it is replacing an item on the 'Experience' menu, but there are limitations, not all the main menu steaks can be reduced using that option for example. Otherwise, you just pay full price for additional menu items you order. I don't think this is related to the Diamond status meal.
  4. Here is a typical Butcher's Cut Experience menu, pricing may not be current though.
  5. You will be enjoying the 'Experience' menu so if you look at sample menus online that is the section you are looking for, and yes it will be similarly restricted, you will not be able to order multiples of each course. In the MDR on recent US based sailings there have also been reports of charges for multiple entrées...
  6. Today I can get into the website and see my cruise, but the payment option is missing. I don't need it yet, but it is annoying when stuff comes and goes like this...
  7. ... did they manage to serve the correct gravy though? ... as that would also confuse many who had never eaten it before...
  8. Fear not, I'm on the same cruise as well, so although I don't tend to do 'live' posts, I'll happily fill the role of 'eyewitness' 🙂
  9. Having the same issue in the UK on the UK website, I'd guess their IT Dept. has had another meltdown, or someone decided to 'upgrade' something 🙂 If you need to make a payment today I'd give up and call them...
  10. This was all posted over 4 years ago...
  11. Piazza Del Doge is closer to the Celebrity Café al Bacio, as it combines light snacks, gelato, milkshakes etc. with a full bar service as well. A wider menu than Café al Bacio though. There isn't really a direct equivalent of the MSC Champagne Bar on Divina, but probably worth checking out La Luna on deck 7 as that is the piano bar with a special Martini menu and may be the best bet for champagne cocktails outside of the YC, but perhaps someone else with Divina experience can comment on that...
  12. There is no blanket ban on single occupancy, but there is a limit on each cruise, so results will vary between cruises, it isn't any more complicated than that really...
  13. For a real disaster, on last cruise on Eclipse the World Class Bar ran out of gas for the smoker! Probably a reasonable definition of a first world problem 🙂
  14. It falls a long way short of 24/7. 06:30 - 11:00 for versions of breakfast. 12:00 - 14:30 for lunch 16:00 - 17:00 for tea 18:00 - 21:30 for dinner 22:00 - 01:00 late food options Pasta/pizza station open 12:00 - 01:00 Lot of gaps in there.
  15. Really should make it clear when promoting your video that you don't actually have a perspective on the MDR food as you didn't eat there...
  16. Just to make it easier for the OP... This is the section covering changes: So less than 30 days before departure and it is a cancellation, and that means 100% penalty: Full details here: https://www.msccruisesusa.com/-/media/US/Documents/booking-terms-and-conditions-230926
  17. Usually need to be at least a month before sailing I believe... Best you can do is call and ask, but I wouldn't be hopeful this close to sailing...
  18. Indeed, that is a familiar offering from the Celebrity World Class bar... If you find anything missing from the YC bar that is available elsewhere on the ship they will try to get it for you...
  19. Probably the Helipad 🙂 It is a good question though, hard to guess what they will be able to repurpose without taking space away from other guests...
  20. I believe that may be a misrepresentation of the facts. The staff contracts are reported to list both their agreed wages, and an estimated share of the tip pool. Both are guaranteed by MSC. This lets the staff know in advance what they are likely to be able to send home, rather than being dependent on the random generosity of the guests each week... If the tip pool is higher than the estimate they get more, if it is less then MSC covers the difference.
  21. That was for Luminae, they diverted other food questions to a separate future event, yet to be scheduled...
  22. I believe that the 'any reason' part usually expires about 48 hours before you first depart doesn't it? So that element would not usually help with a lost/stolen passport if you are already traveling to your departure point... ... and in relation to this thread, it is not an option available from UK insurers.
  23. I can't speak to the MDR on Millennium as we were in Luminae last time we were onboard, but in general do be aware that small tables for 2 away from other similar tables can often be adjacent to the waiter's stations, so you trade a lack of fellow diners for a lot of foot traffic from the waiting staff. So when you ask try to avoid both, but that may not always be possible.
  24. From a quick hunt around, 'InsureandGo' are one that does include loss/theft of passport as a valid reason under trip interruption.
  25. This is more typical of a UK policy... For cancellation: For interruption:
