  1. I just checked my cruise planner for my Feb cruise and no flash sale on anything. I keep hoping their IT is just behind in updating all the cruises.
  2. I would believe what I see as the terms in the cruise planner before the answer by the CC rep. If you click on the package you will see all the details including the $ limits on the ala carte restaurants. Did they say that?
  3. Not the La Voyage, that is not a special menu it is for the basic menu.
  4. That is not completely correct. Here is what it shows if you click on the package and look at the details. There are upcharges.
  5. I do not believe those were the same situation. These people were denied boarding at the port. I think most of the others were cancellations prior to sailing.
  6. Do you have any links to all of these incidents? I had heard of being cancelled prior to boarding but I have not heard of that many getting denied at boarding.
  7. Sorry but I would rather spend more and save time than wait for their shuttles to fill up. You may not have had that issue but it can be an hour or 2 sometimes of waiting for other passengers.
  8. I agree, I do not know why so many want to use a shuttle.
  9. I am on Wonder in March and in Roatan I have booked a private tour with this company. I used them 2 years ago and it worked out great. We will be going to Daniel Johnson's to see the sloths again, Carambola Botanical Gardens & Trails and then a couple of other stops.

  11. I posted about this a couple of days ago. I have it on both of my Ascent cruises in Feb/Mar next year. But the price is still too high.
  12. It is not a scam it is typical CCL IT at work again. A lot of people have reported the same issue before. It can be due to a cruise planner purchase or just a mess up.
  13. I am Sapphire and I called BCC to ask what the Shore-side Concierge Service was and they had no clue.
  14. Have you gone online and look at your booking? I have heard of people sometimes having issues with their paid in full bookings suddenly showing a balance. I would call back.
  15. If the reservations are linked they will let non suite board with suite guests. Had this happen in the spring, my friend was going through the other line and the women said she needed to go to the suite line. I believe it was because she was linked to my booking.
  16. Has it been there prior to today? I am wondering if they are just rolling this out and put it in the planner too soon.
  17. I have 2 Ascent cruises booked for next Feb/Mar and I just noticed this today, it was not there yesterday. I am not sure if this is something new? I know RCL has this option and we did it before and really enjoyed it. I just hope it goes on sale.
  18. We were on Millie last month and no snacks for sale in the store. My GS ate a small bag in our Sky Suite at the cost of $6. They did have some in the retreat lounge but they were not the best when we had them. We ended up buying some when in port.

  20. Not true on Millie. When she was revamped the Sky Suites walls are not metal by the desk. The metal wall that is left is the wall across from the desk.
  21. I was on Millie Oct 24 sailing and posted previously. I had magnets with me and tried multiple places, the wall across from the desk is magnetic.
