I would not trust Diamonds International. I strayed from my usual store in St. Maarten and bought a ring at DI in Grand Cayman. The next year the entire ring had yellowed and the tiny diamonds dull. I took it to my jeweler in St. Maarten and he shook his head. He actually took it as a trade in and gave me almost what I paid for it. I have never strayed again and been going to same place over 20 years.

We have had same experience at Effy. They were also very rude on two sailings . I would never buy anything from them.

We have been on the Equinox 7 times the latest being last month. Totally agree with you about the production shows. I don’t think we went in theatre once except for excursion meets. And, I did not care for Topper or Elysium. I don’t think we stayed for the entire show the one time we saw them. We love Sushi on 5 and ate most lunches there. My husband tries to eat his way through the menu. My absolute favorite drink is the Asian Pear Smash which you can only get there.

Sorry you are not having a great experience in the Retreat. We are usually in SS on S Class ships but splurged on RS last month on Equinox. It was the best cruise we have taken with the attention to detail top notch. We had been in a RS on Equinox a few years ago and it was so so. Now with the decline in Retreat benefits and increase in prices iRetreat may not be worth it. This is first time in many years I don’t have a cruise booked. I’m looking at Balcony rooms, and am sure I will have a great cruise. Enjoy your last days on the ship! Safe travels home!

What a beautiful story of you and Iain! So sorry about your losses and what your ex wife did when she found out. So happy that in this lifetime you two can share your love openly, be married and be together. So great for the love of travel you both have! Your flight sounded amazing! I just leave it! My suitcases are heavy enough without liquor that I usually have at home. I hope someone enjoys it and they don’t dump it out.

I always get a mani/pedi and it’s comparable to cost at home. They have always done an excellent job!

Looking forward to hearing about your cruise on her maiden voyage! Happy Anniversary! We celebrate our 19th anniversary April 1st and will let my husband know it’s a milestone one and we need to celebrate! Actually been looking at cruises but Easter is 3/31 which means lots of kids! Enjoy and please no mad dashes to the port like your California sailing!
