Never have I ever gotten my moneys worth from premium drink package Never have I ever not had a wonderful cruise. Never have I ever wished for towel animals on Celebrity. Never have I ever removed gratuities Never have I ever been a chair hog.

I asked this question on the Florida Departures Board and got no response. Anyone have an answer? Appreciate it and thank you! It’s been a long time since we had to depart from Terminal 19. Is there a separate entrance to the retreat? If not how do you get to retreat area? Do they have coffee and snacks like terminal 25? Thanks!

We will be on Eclipse in a few weeks. Other RS’s were on Equinox. Last year on a B2B in RS on Equinox most of our dining reservations were not made and they said they were full for the times we requested a few months before! it is frustrating and makes it less than a stellar experience before you are even on board! Next year we have booked RS on Reflection and if I get the same run around we are done with upper suites and possibly Celebrity. It’s already stressing me out as I want a perfect vacation.

We are in RS in a few weeks. SC sent me an initial email in July stating they would be contacting me to set everything up. I replied. No answer. I sent 3 follow-ups and no response. I called, and they did everything. I asked for an email confirming everything, none received. After almost two weeks I did the chat. The same person who took my call answered the chat. I asked where my email was. He said he would resend immediately which he did while I was in chat, all it has is our dining reservations on it. I asked about everything else and he said that was done internally. Like you, I will be bringing the email with dining reservations for butler to confirm. I will also, write everything else requested on it for butler.

We have been in RS several times and have never had a shoreside concierge who followed through by answering our emails or sending our requests to the ship correctly. I find dealing with them very frustrating. I have mentioned them by name in surveys and complaints to retreat. It never gets better.

Thanks for your input. I have used a similar version to this and have done kindle and phone at same time and it’s pretty fast. A charger with multiple USB/ USB-C ports is okay?

I bring an adapter to plug this in outlet. I charge my iPad, iPhone and kindle on it. Mine only has 3 extensions so I can’t do phone and iPad at same time. Separate charger for watch.

When we were on a cruise over Election Day several years ago, there was no where to watch any election results and we honestly cruised at that time to get away from it all. I would think your best solution would be to watch it on your personal device unless a channel on tv gets it.

I have Apple Watch 9. When I go up to bed I put it on charger. I read and it is usually fully charged in less than an hour. I put it on before I sleep and don’t take it off until following night. I use the workout feature daily for my walks. Right now it is 9:53 pm and it still has 38% battery life left. It’s been on my wrist since about midnight.

I believe my laundry was done as requested. I wash most clothes in cold water at home and my clothes came back on hangars and perfect. It was only time I ever did laundry as I don’t really trust them but we were on a longer cruise and I needed a few things done. I am sure it all depends on who is operating the machines.

Our last several cruises have left from Terminal 25 so we are spoiled with the Retreat area there. I have no idea what’s in Terminal 19. See you on board!

Last October on Equinox I asked for cold water wash and low heat dry and my items came back perfect!

I have to agree with you. We were on Beyond in March and Luminae was very disappointing. We have never had that mediocre food in there before. We even ate in buffet a few times as it was excellent.

Following along! We were on Beyond in March and did Panama Canal (partial) and ABC islands. Beyond was beautiful but we did not care for it. We love the S class ships. Enjoy the rest of your cruise!
