I was just on the Miracle, an older ship. If you leave the door to the cabinet the fridge is in slightly ajar to let air circulate, they do get very cold. I usually wedge a napkin at the top to keep it about an inch open, I actually learned that trick on this site.

A few days back from 10 days on the Miracle. 6 Mdr's, 2 Steak House's, 1 Chef Table and 1 Lido Buffet (late lunch and not very hungry). Not one bad meal in the mix. Some better than others, but all good to great. Favorite, and always has been, are the Frog Legs on last day. I cannot find anywhere that prepares them better than Carnival!!

Hi.....we are also on this cruise...going all out for our 30th anniversary, 3 years late (May 2020 Alaska Cruise cancelled due to Covid). We will also be in the VIP Car on the train ride with you and are also in an Aft Wrap Suite (4228). I guess great East Coast minds think alike 🙂. Have a great trip and will probably see you somewhere along the way!!

That is a great itinerary. I am actually booked on a similar itinerary on Carnival Venezia in November 2024 out of New York. St. Thomas > Dominica > Barbados > Antigua > St. Maarten

What were the San Juan itineraries?

Aren't Air Tags only good up to 100 feet or something like that? How were they able to see where the bag ended up? Just trying to see if I should get Air Tags, but if they are only good up to a certain distance, not sure I would benefit with them

I have sailed mostly Carnival but have also sailed with RCI and NCL. Mostly sail Carnival for the value for the money. If price and itinerary was right for RCI and NCL would not hesitate to sail with them again. I have never had a bad cruise with either line. I sailed the same itinerary on the Horizon you are looking into. I would suggest pricing the cove balcony (that is what we sailed in). It is less expensive then a regular balcony, close to the water and very private. You just need to do a little research to make sure you are not under a high traffic area (like the kitchen) and are between lifeboats.

My wife and I did the Pasta making class on the Panorama last September. Well worth it. You eat what you make and I believe we were there for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Highly suggest booking any of the cooking classes.

I only see this excursion being offered on cruises out of Seattle. Does anyone know if it will eventually be offered on cruises out of San Francisco?

Had the Steak and Cheese last week on the Panorama and it was real good, highly suggest trying it.

We had 8 in our group and no issues. We had your time dining and I was able to reserve for all 8 in the App

Trying to book my transportation from the port to the airport. Can recent passengers on the Panorama tell me what time you arrived back in Long Beach and what the latest disembarkment time is?

Do you remember how long before your cruise it was offered? I am going next May and have been waiting for this excursion to be listed, but as of today it is not being offered.

I believe the current protocols are for cruises thru 12/31/2022.

Aren't the pizza's "personal" sized?

Was on the Legend two weeks ago and only line encountered was for Pizza. No issues anywhere else. Deli and Guys was maybe 5-6 people ahead of every time I went.

The good: · We had a 1:30-2:00 embark time, arrived 12:30 and was able to get right on ship, was on Lido by 12:50 · All the staff was top notch, being short staffed was very impressed with how they were able to accomplish all they did · Food was on par with prior cruises, some minor differences/cutbacks but nothing that really affected or cruise · We were sailing with a full ship, but never seemed liked it, I think that is a spirit class thing as I have sailed several spirit class ships and it never does seem crowded The Bad: · There has to be a better way to make/serve Pizza. Always long lines (especially after 11:00pm when that is the only free food to be had) · IMO, While the show’s performers for the most part are lacking in talent on Carnival over the years, this cruise I thought there were particularly poor. While the Rock show contained many songs that are great, I do not think the singers were able to give them the justice they deserved. Just my opinion, others may have thought they were great The Ugly: · My only real frustration this entire cruise was the last night’s dinner. We had any time dining and checked in our party of 8 at 5:30. From 5:30 until 6:30 the app stated 10-20 minute wait. At 6:30 it went to under 10 minute wait until 7:45 when we were finally given a table. I went repeatedly to the greeter at the dining room starting around 6:15 and was told each time around 10-15 minutes more. Never had an issue getting a table for 8 the entire week (3 times right in and twice 60-70 minute wait which the app reflected). I honestly would not have had an issue with an hour and 45 minute wait, if the app reflected it, or the greeter told us it would be that long. One last thought, the next to last day, guys in hazmat suits sprayed down the entire 7th deck with disinfectant. Not sure if that is a normal occurrence or if there was a case of Covid and were taking precautions.

I opened up Quest account for my family of 5 and incorrect put my birth year for my wife instead of hers. Month and Day or correct. The negative results document has the incorrect year. Do you think we will have an issue with Carnival or Verifly accepting the results?
